Bought a belt from them. It took 3 weeks to arrive and was a complete knock off. It worked for a day before failing.

8Nearly ordered but my spidey senses make me check first on here...Mmm well it seems there are several of these scammy websites selling the same items, using the same videos and models etc..one is called "Nooty"...it also looks like they are run by the same gang...just to note...anything and I mean anything that is advertised on Facebook is most probably a scam...from Santa doorbell footage to tarot cards lol to incar gadgets etc...etsy, ebay and Amazon are my go to...no scams...buyer/seller protection and decent prices...

I reported this on instagram but they didn’t take the add down. Problem is they continue to have a platform. And instagram carry on profiting whilst people are left out of pocket ..

THE only thing we can do is report them to the Federal Trade Commission and if you see them advertising anything make a comment letting everyone know that you got scammed by them . They took my money over 220 days ago and I still haven’t gotten the product.

So far so good. Indoor courtesy car light. Seems to be working ok but admittedly a bit flimsy with the stick on. Came with no instructions, but YouTube is handy

Beware of Coozyland! Ordering from them is strongly discouraged.
On March 7, 2025, I ordered organizer inserts to close the gap between the car seat and the center console.
These plastic inserts were sent in a far too small package, in which the inserts were creased.
This creased item never regained its original shape. I reported this problem to Coozyland and they promised a replacement. No delivery, no response from Coozyland. I then reported it again and they promised a refund.
After more than four months and 16 further emails – nothing.

Glove Do Not Work
Received a pair of the lighted work gloves. One glove does not work. Cannot get into Customer Service to report this. Not Customer Service if you cannot get into the sight.

Ordered a small item & after 8 weeks I tried contacting them. Originally coozyland turned to XIaozhu. When I checked on my order the pages went blank & couldn’t contact them. Please avoid them. SCAM!

I would actually rate this company at a MINUS 5! I made an order about 3 months ago and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER. I have emailed them several times. That sent me a tracking number but didn’t say what carrier. I WOULD NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEN

After several emails back in forth offering partial refund, they eventually agreed a full refund within 14 days.
Refund never received and my emails to them are not being answered.
Unfortunately Trustpilot don’t allow zero stars or that is what they would have got.
Zero communication, zero customer service, zero refund = zero stars"....

Do not buy from this company!!
They said they delivered my order, but did not.
I am sure it didn't come to my address.
Customer Service says, "Too bad, we think we delivered it."
No refunds, no replacement, no answers except AI emails.
Do not buy from this company! FRAUD

BEWARE!!!!! I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. First of all, the products quality is horrible. 2nd, it’s shipped from overseas so you do NOT get responses to questions and it took me almost 2 months to receive the product. The push starter product doesn’t come with any type of attachment accessories (which is the sticky tape) that is usable. The sticky tape does NOT HOLD to use the products. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I do not recommend buying anything through this website. They are not transparent about their products being shipped from overseas, and they offer extremely low refunds for purchases that I wanted to return because the cost for international shipping is so high. I had to negotiate a refund. I will never buy anything from them again!

RUBBISH, RUBBISH, RUBBISH.
ZERO Stars. Absolute rubbish. I ordered and received confirmation and then nothing until out of the blue the parcel arrived. With much anticipation I opened it up and went to fit the car seat gap filler in the car.
Utter rubbish.
The item was like a limp wet lettuce leaf.....I have made my own upgrade to make the items fit but, honestly, they are rubbish. Avoid this company at all costs.
Look at the reviews, they are all one star, but are really saying zero stars. Did I mention the product is RUBBISH!!!!!!

Stay away from this Chinese store. What you see is not what you get. They are a scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM COOZYLAND. Facebook users beware.

ordered 3 car products from them in july...took over a month to receive and none of them fit my cars and they refuse to refund my money or accept a return. the products have not been used.

Zero stars… they charged my debit card. I never got my product. I inquired about it and was told I didn’t order from them. I sent proof and a screenshot where my account was drafted and they said that wasn’t their company.. never received any. Don’t waste your money!
