Since December '24, Rachel has been meeting weekly with my 9-year-old son, providing extraordinary support. She is both compassionate and insightful, able to grasp his needs, concerns, and challenges despite initially limited feedback from him. At the start, he was experiencing burnout from ADHD/Autism, unwilling to attend school, plagued with severe anxiety, and lacking any self-confidence.Rachel has implemented a variety of strategies to equip him with tools and coping mechanisms beneficial for both his current life and future adulthood. I've chosen to continue his sessions with her because of the diverse support he requires, but the transformation has already been remarkable. She has revived my once joyful, kind, and loving child from the angry, withdrawn version he had become.Additionally, Rachel has been invaluable in assisting me with school meetings and applications for EHCP. I wholeheartedly appreciate and recommend Rachel for her exceptional support.

Rachel has been supporting my 9year old son in weekly sessions since December '24 and she is amazing, caring, understanding and has the ability to understand my son's needs, issues and worries with what was at the beginning very little input from my son.
When my son first started seeing Rachel he was in ADHD/Autism burn out, he refused school, was suffering from extreme anxiety and had zero self belief.

Rachel has worked with him in various ways and help provide him with tools and coping mechanisms that will help him through both his childhood and adult life.
While its my choice for my son to continue to have on going sessions with Rachel due to the multiple areas of help he needs, Rachel has already made such an improvement and has helped return my happy, caring and loveable little boy from the angry, violent and shut down shell he had become.

Rachel has also supported my with school meetings and EHCP applications.
