If there is anything Less I would give you, you made me pay one year in advance, your app doesnt support arabic, and it always gives either 0% or 100% AI content even for paragraphs I wrote them myself, I don't recommend you as reliable or anything close. There is not even an email to contact administrators when needed

Hey, we're truly sorry that you got different results. Our scanner has advanced scan settings that could yield different outcomes depends on the configuration - your professor might have scanned for different things that you have, which could be the reason.

Completely worthless! This program is completely worthless as it detects completely human written work as 100% AI generated. I'm sorry, I am a retired Army Veteran who writes in a military writing style, has written training programs, and technical manuals, and has a Masters Degree and working on a second, so I know how to write and do write high quality papers. Yet now that my school has switched to CopyLeaks, my quality of writing is being flagged for 100% Ai generated work. This is BS!

Do not use this, I have been writing an assignment for more than 5 hours with genuine thoughts, and it detects 100 percent AI because of a system. I am just trying to ensure that my work does not get discredited because some website says it is AI.

I have been in college for almost a year now and my school makes us check for ai content through copyleaks. Pretty understandable right? No. It is nothing but a disaster every time. Every single time I have to submit MY OWN document on this website it tells me 100% AI content. I have spent countless of hours trying to tweak and change wording and nothing I do works. After 2 hours my document will still be saying 100% AI content. I find it pretty crazy how using “just about numbers” makes my entire document 100%. 3 common words btw.
Another issue i’ve had is that it will give me and my professor two different percentages. I have gotten points deducted and 0% on assignments from using copyleaks but is it not supposed to be the best AI detector? Teachers are learning not to rely on copyleaks anymore and moving onto better websites. I would push it and say copyleaks is ruining my college experience completely since it is one of the worst accurate AI detectors.

I have been trying to buy a monthly…
I have been trying to buy a monthly subscription from Copyleaks for months, but their service sucks. My questions go ignored. They claim you can pay monthly and cancel anytime, but when I tried to purchase the monthly plan, it only allowed me to pay for the entire year upfront. On top of that, their customer service is terrible—slow to respond and unhelpful when they finally do. Very frustrating experience.

The AI score works on text blocks, not individual words. Our model needs context to detect AI patterns reliably — analyzing word by word would lose accuracy. When a block contains enough AI signals, the whole block is flagged. That means short human-written elements inside the block (a name, a quoted line) may be highlighted alongside the AI text.
Highly formulaic human writing can occasionally mimic AI patterns, but false positives are rare. Treat the AI score as a strong indicator — use your own judgment as the final call.
This software is useless
This software is useless, it detect plagiarism in singe words, in parts of the template my school has forced us to use or in statements i have clearly written myself about my opinion. "I think" should not be flagged, single words should not be flagged. Ive had to remove entire sentences just to appease the software only for it to increase my score somehow.
