Arrived on time for Fathers Day, an unexpected delight from my Daughter.A really nice enjoyable treat from Cornwall.

I feel sorry for anyone whose hamper didn't arrive but mine did and it was amazing!!
Highly recommend to others!

Seems to be a problem with a lot of deliveries for Father's day. It has not arrived the day before and was only at the Plymouth depot Saturday morning. Thinking about the amount of time it has been hanging around in the heat is worrying. I hope they are insured for food poisoning! If you can't cope and fulfill your offer, don't spam Facebook with broken promises. We might get by 7:30pm what a waste of time and money.
Update...the tea arrived at 7pm and had obviously been in a hot van all day. The oil had leaked out from the cheese truckle all over the box and everything in it. The ice pack was completely defrosted so everything straight in the bin.

Update...I would like to add that the company have been very responsive to my complaint and provided an immediate and full refund. Thank you

I ordered a Cornish Cream Tea with 2 'Dad' steak pasties for Father's Day. They arrived in perfect condition in a gorgeous box. All very nicely presented. Everything is deliciously fresh. I'm so happy I ordered it. I will definitely order again.
I highly recommend for an extra special gift for your loved ones.

Terrible service and ruined Father’s Day. Ordered a hamper a month in advance for my children to give to their dad on Father’s Day - only ordered because of the amount of advertising I had seen online promoting it as the ideal Father’s Day gift… and yet Father’s Day comes around and they didnt dispatch the package. I chased customer service on the day of expected delivery to say I hadn’t received an update and they said it was because it was awaiting pick up but was ‘on track’, however when I had still not had an update by the afternoon I contacted again and eventually they conceded it wouldn’t arrive in time and I could pick a future date to get the package redelivered. Leaving me with no alternatives and no time to sort it out. Really poor and really disingenuous.

Father's day completely ruined. I ordered a hamper well in advance. Company were very sorry for the loss during transit and promised to send another hamper out. One wonders what happens to all the pasties and scones that go missing!

Extremely disappointing experience.
I ordered 3 weeks in advance and even within this time period, they have still managed to miss the delivery date.
After having to chase for an update, I received a response that lacked any empathy for the delay. I was simply told that the item is shipped frozen, as though that somehow made the situation acceptable.
It doesn't. I still haven't received my order, despite it being intended as a Father's Day gift that I was due to travel with the following day. The delay completely ruined those plans.
Delays can happen, but customers deserve clear communication, an apology when things go wrong, and some acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unimportant.
I won't be purchasing from this company again and would not recommend them based on my experience. Avoid at all costs.

Arrived and was all fresh as supposed to be. The scones were soft to the touch, The cream and pasty x 2 were chilled and it was very well packaged.

Unfortunately my Father’s Day gift has now arrived so now my husband is without a gift from our children :(

I ordered in April so should have got my order!

No pasty! So disappointing & it was only that I said to my dad that the pasty is steak that he said there was no pasty!
After a few emails back & forth to Rebecca the pasty was discovered inside the black package that my dad thought was just the cooling bag! Rebecca is kindly sending another as this was not realised until over 24hrs later. A suggestion has been made to pop a sticker on the black package to say the pasty is inside. Now looking forward to dad trying the new pasty when it comes. Have increased by star from 1-4 because of the positive customer service .

Fabulous hamper received today for Father's day. Packaged and presented really nicely and arrived on the day I booked some 2 months ago. The food is really tasty, overall very impressed and would order again

Ordered months in advance for Father’s Day and my order hasn’t arrived. So disappointing and no time to arrange something else now. Contacted customer services and was repeatedly sent tracking which was useless and clearly showed my ordered was delayed and not going to arrive in time. My daughter is devastated she has nothing to give to her Daddy for Father’s Day. Requested a refund, let’s see if they bother to action it.

All the items in my Father Day Tea was beyond good and all tasted great on their own or when eaten together

Well packaged. Pasty was lovely and tasty as we're the scones with cream and jam ( jam 1st of course) received as a gift and very pleased with it. Would def recommend and use again

Havent received my hamper yet as it is for Fathers day but I cannot fault the customer service of these guys one bit! Firstly I ordered without changing my address to my fathers, a quick email and Rebecca sorted it within minutes! Roll on the week it is due to be sent out, my parents decide to go away. Another quick email and Rebecca was on the ball again and sorted a new delivery date without question! I will definitely be ordering from here again! Great customer service goes a long way! Thank you!

Did a pre-order for Father’s Day (around two months in advance) for a hamper. A couple of weeks before the predicted dispatch date, my dad let me know he was going away for a month, leaving a couple of days before Father’s Day. I immediately contacted the company to ask whether they could bring the delivery date forward, or delay it until he was back. This was 2 weeks’ notice. But they point-blank refused to find any kind of resolution to the issue. I don’t live near my dad and the hamper will be very much out of date by the time he gets back, even if a neighbour could refrigerate it for him. It will probably just go mouldy on the doorstep or get stuck with Royal Mail somewhere. This is really disappointing customer service, especially as I have ordered from them previously, and this wasn’t a cheap hamper. So sad that this food will now go to waste and they made no attempt to rectify it. Definitely won’t be ordering again, and will be telling friends and family to go elsewhere.

Very nice, and even nicer that there is a vegan version.

Ordered the large pasty and cream tea for fathers day with dad on the pasties. Absolutely brilliant service, arrived on day of choice, with ice packs. Dad extremely pleased. Ordered early as he's away on actual father's day. Highly recommend this company
