I ordered this for my friend and her husband it turned up on the day it was suppose to they really enjoyed it will be buying again the scones were fresh and the jam and cream were really fresh the teas were amazing

The scones were the softest and tastiest we have ever had. Pasty filling was generous and very edible. Would definitely buy again for us as well as for presents. Easy to order and perfect delivery on time.

I bought the I love you pack for my husbands birthday. It can only the day of his birthday even though we were going out with family we put the pack in fridge and ate the next day. It was lovely scones light and fluffy . Pasties were delicious. Will be buying again soon .

My cream tea should have arrived on 19 August, it did not! Keep emailing with no response. They did said they are investigating. Replace the items or refund me. They wont. I have had money stolen this week already. I don't know how they can do this to innocent people. What should have been a treat is now a curse. From what I have read, the quality of the food is rubbish any way.

Didn't get what I paid for. Ordered because of lots of advertising on FB so thought I'd try, wish I hadn't bothered.
Despite a good looking presentation I was disappointed to find 3 items missing from the hamper. I waited 3 days before posting this to give the opportunity to rectify the situation but have had no response to the email I sent straight away or my follow up the following day.
Also no best before dates on scones which i believe is the law. Why as a business would you not care about service?
Will not be using again. Disgraceful

Ordered for our wedding anniversary and the scones were lovely. The chocolate flavour was not over powering and the cherry compote and vanilla cream went beautifully. First time I have had coffee sachets (having ordered from others before) and the coffee is lovely. Very happy customer and will be ordering again!

This experience was brilliant from beginning to end. The ordering process is quick and easy. The communication thereafter is to the point and enough, the goodies arrived exactly on time which was important. The packaging was perfect, the contents safe. The pies were HUGE and my hubby said the best he’s ever had (he’s a pie connoisseur). I ate the last scone 3 days after the box arrived - it was still fresh and beautifully light. If you want a special gift, I highly recommend them.

My order arrived on the day requested and was really well packed. No scones were damaged and the pasties were pristine. The food was excellent. I will be ordering again soon.

From ordering to delivery this company done a brilliant job. It arrived on my chosen date,well packed and in perfect condition. The frozen pads where still partley frozen. The pasty's looked and tasted great,also the scones went down well. will use them again. Very pleased.

A wonderful Cornish birthday ale hamper for Dad! He’d enjoyed a holiday in Cornwall so was delighted to experience authentic Cornish delicious treats that he enjoyed with mum over a few days! Super happy with hamper, speed of service and free delivery! Will definitely recommend and be back for more!

my rating -5 star, having been sent a cream tea for my wife as a birthday gift, left on the doorstep in heatwave not impressed. The cream was out of date and a pot of jam was burst open. on complaining to the company the 1st response was "how would you rate us" a follow up complaint re- highlighting the problem , "how would you rate us", no apology or suggestion about complaint.
a further reply the same response suggesting they will pass me onto a human to reply, I await that response.
I further have to inform a family member who sent the birthday gift.03

My pasty and cream tea was fresh and tasty. It was a lovely surprise for my husband. The box was so sturdy, that we used it lole a picnic table!! Loved it...will buy again. Highly recommended!

I ordered the I Love You Pasty hamper as a gift. The recipients told me that the pasties were huge with lots of very tasty, tender meat inside. They were so full they had to keep the scones until the next day and found them to still be fresh. They were really impressed that there was also cream, jam and tea in the pack and will be ordering this themselves in the future

70th. Birthday Gift Box.
A cream tea for two, Two Cornish Pasties with 70 on them in pastry, Tea & Coffee. A very enjoyable gift for a special occasion. Usually arrive on the day requested.
We have sent quite a few different cream teas. Even the gluten free, which was very good.

I had to cancel my holiday in Cornwall on the night before I was due to go- broken wrist so couldn't drive. Next best thing - a fantastic Cornish Cream Tea hamper. Scones were huge and absolutely delicious. Accompaniments were perfect - jam, cream,cheese & olives, as well as tea & coffee. Perfection on a plate.

I ordered this for my dear hubby, 1/2 way to his next birthday! It arrived on time, beautifully packaged and we had a wonderful cream tea in our garden. Supper was sorted with tasty Cornish pasties! I was so impressed with everything that am going to place an order for my son in law!

I ordered the pasty and cream tea for four. It arrived on time and was thoroughly enjoyed the following day. I can’t fault it as it was all delicious and will definitely be ordering again.

Absolutely amazing service, the company went above and beyond to replace fantastic hamper that due to no fault of the company had been spoiled, the fault was with Royal Mail delivering 2 days late!
Communication via email was excellent and despite the company not being at fault they still replaced our delicious hamper.
Definitely would recommend them.

Ordered Sweet & Savoury hamper for delivery up to Scotland on the Saturday (ordered days in advance) Royal Mail tracking showed the hamper was stuck in Truro. Contacted Cornish Cream Teas to see what could be done. Rebecca replied that theyd probably deliver the following day (Sunday. Really??) but that if it was delivered after 48 hrs she'd send replacement.
The hamper finally arrived on the monday (tracking showed it had weekended in Edinburgh!) I asked my sister if the cream, cheese etc was edible. She said no, as there had been no cool box/ice cubes or anything. In this heat? Seriously??
Contacted Rebecca who said that shed already arranged for a replacement. I was pretty happy initially, as it had been Royal Mail's fault.
No replacement arrived the next day. Rebecca - who is clearly just a bot as the messages she was sending me were clearly not written by the same person - now said she'd have to refer it to someone else as my parcel had been delivered.
More emails back and forth and was again promised a replacement would be delivered on Thursday. Nothing arrived.
I suggest you do not use this company. Even if the goods DID arrive the next day, in this heat, without insulation, dairy products will be inedible.

I've waited before posting a bad review, to give them a chance to rectify, but clearly they do not care.

I was sent a Cornish cream tea as a Birthday gift from my Aunt. The box arrived well presented but unfortunately very warm delivery issue. They then sent out a further box after my Aunt contacted them. All that arrived the second time was two warm Pasty’s and a tub of warm clotted cream. I sent a picture to my Aunt what had arrived. I since found out that she’s out of pocket as they will not refund her money. Absolutely shocking service I would not recommend. I will do further investigation to see if I can help her get a refund on her behalf. T Davies
