Used them for my new Wyoming LLC last week. I'm not in the US so I was nervous about the whole EIN thing without an SSN. Their customer support answered me same day and explained how the IRS form works through their online portal and e-signing. Took about 6 days total for the EIN to come back which is faster than the 2 months a friend had to wait from another website.
Price was what they said it would be, no weird extra charges at the end. Operating agreement and articles came through in the portal fine.
Would use again for sure!
