Shabby Apartment/Poor Customer Service
My experience with corporate housing was not good. When I first checked in with the front desk, I was given a key for the apartment. Although the key worked on the door lock, the key did not work on the deadbolt. Therefore, i had to go back down to the front desk (with all my luggage), and they called maintenance. I went back to the apartment and waited 1/2 hour for maintenance to let me in. I then walked into the apartment and immediately noticed two rips on the leather couch in the LR. Apartment was OK, and had a nice view, but many things (curtains, dressers, closet doors) were a bit shabby and had some marks on them. Later, I tried to watch TV, and was able to turn the TV on, but the remote would not change channels. Although none of these issues were major, the combination of all these issues made a very bad impression of the quality and care this company takes in its properties.
Also, there was an issue with parking. The website says the property I was renting had onsite parking. However, when I inquired at the front desk, they said there was no onsite parking, and I would have to use a garage a block away. Again, not a huge issue, but another example of poor quality/care.
I sent an email to the company highlighting all these problems, and asked them to address these issues. Despite a response that they would look into these issues, they never gave me a new key (so I could never use the deadbolt), they never fixed the TV remote, and they never did anything about the ripped couch. The only item they addressed was to tell me their website was incorrect and there was no onsite parking (although I just checked their website, and it still says the property has onsite parking).
All in all, a very negative experience, and I will NEVER use them again.

Not worth the effort
This site is useless! It has yet to give me any recommendations and when you put in what you need in a specific area its gives the other coast (and yes I did put in the correct state). Not worth the effort of filling out the questionnaire.

Good tool, but pricing surprise.
This was a good way to find short term corporate housing and brought some good options. However the pricing listed on the die was significantly lower ($500) then what I had to finally pay. Not sure I got the best deal.

Excellent
My experience with RyanCorporateHousing was the best
I stayed for 1 month in furnished appartment in EnV Chicago, it was fully furnished from A to Z
I didn't need anything from outside other than food
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything froom spoon , coffee machine and blender
The building has amazing roof top and swimming pool and GYM.
There is TV with cable, internet and even DVD player
its little pricy but with all the furniture and equipment it would be Ok
i highly recommend this appartmen for any one looking for short term lease.
