I have so many good things to say about my experience with Corporate Compliance. The materials are fantastic and while I do not know who is responsible for the overall content, I think they are the best forward thinking group of training professionals around. But mostly, the "face" of CTM for me is Hailey Deal (we are not related). She has been nothing but wonderful in every single experience: approachable, engaging, professional, and knowledgeable. Making a connection virtually, but feeling like you've known someone forever is saying a lot about her ability to build the rapport for clients and I truly appreciate this.

While trying to find effective training for my managers, I came across Corporate Training. I was impressed in the catalog offerings.
When I asked for more information, I was contacted very quickly. I was given all of the options available and loved the content of the catalog.
We purchased the training in 2024, and have been very successful in delivering the training.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for great material.

Corporate training material is a good tool for an organization's internal training or refresher. The products can easily be broken into work sessions that don't burden the schedule. The staff was helpful and easy to work with and the pricing is a good value for the products received.

I am hesitant to tell you how wonderful their programs are because I don't want the competition! To date, I have probably used close to 20 programs. I'm very delighted that they have updated all their soft skills programs with the wide-screen PowerPoint and a much nicer style that doesn't need to be modified at all to use. It is also nice that the PP slides have notes so when teaching virtually you have complete access to the messages for each slide. That is so nice. The other nice thing is the descriptions of the exercises and the worksheets at the back of the student guide so it is easy to reference.
There are a couple of things that are minor annoyances. 1) There is no timing in the leader's guide. If you look at the "suggested" time to complete the exercises, it could be a two-day class, so without some kind of timing, it makes it a little harder to stay on pace. 2) There are no references to exercises in the PowerPoint, so you need to add a slide for the exercise and one for the debrief.
Overall, I am so grateful to the instructional designers who have created these programs! They have made my work less stressful and with the new design, it is easy to overcome my annoyances and focus on providing a great learning experience for my clients.

Materials have always been well written and very professional. The company provides great customer support. This service has saved us hundreds of hours of work that most likely would not have done due to workload and resources. I would highly recommend this company to any company/organization looking to conduct training.
