Cosfreight Reviews

Absolutely great service, hard working honest team with a competitive price. Flexible, reliable and not a single item list or broken. I’d highly recommended the team, they made a relocation across the country seamless and hassle free, thank you so much

Great experience, friendly staff and really efficient.

Absolutely fantastic, would highly recommended, right from booking the service to the delivery. Cos Freight moved our stuff from our old house to storage and then from storage to our new home. The removing guys were wonderful, so helpful, and efficient. Thank you so much Cos Freight and especially the guys on both moving days.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company, starting with Zayn who would be always very responsive and finishing with the team of three musketeers Matei Ciprian Ovidiu who went above and beyond to help with the move. I am super impressed by their professionalism! I would hire them in a heartbeat and will always reach out to them if I need help with a move.

After contacting Zayn for a removal quote, I was very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. He gave me a great quote and was able to do the job on short notice. The team were on time, careful with our belongings, and very efficient. Cos Freight made our move stress-free!

On moving day the team arrived early and Mario, Alex, Romeo and Vadim were so welcoming for a Saturday 8.30am start! In our new house they laid down protection for the carpet and floors, they set about the job expertly and all items were moved without a single breakage or incident.

Outstanding service! So hardworking. They packed everything so well.

Thank you so much! Mulțumesc mult!

Moving home is stressful at the best of times, but Cos Freight made sure the actual move was one less thing to worry about.

From the moment Zayn came to assess the move, he made us feel everything would be in control and nothing was too much trouble. He was always reachable in case of questions, and even followed up post-move to ensure we were happy with the service.

The whole team, from Paula in the office to James and Alex on the packing/move days, were courteous and efficient.

I would certainly recommend Cos Freight to anyone requiring a removals company.

Superb service from start to finish. Really personalised with a dedicated person handling my job. Expert pre service support. Very competent crewm. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Competitive pricing for packing, disassembly and unpacking, reassembly service. Used them for three moves now ... wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very happy with this removal company. Good communication from the move manager and the removal team leading up to and on the moving day.

We were moving from a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor with no elevator to a house a 5-minute drive away. We paid for the packing service. We were moving on Monday and the packing team came on Sunday - most removal companies wanted to come on Friday or Saturday, which would have been fine, but it was an added bonus that we didn't need to live next to boxes for a couple of days beforehand. There were 2 packers and they did a tremendous job. They were very efficient and courteous and had packed up our whole place in about 6 hours.

On the day of the removal, we had 3 low-loader Luton vans and a team of 5 movers. Again, we were really impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team. They were able to disassemble and reassemble furniture with ease. We were quite lucky in that we got the keys early, but we were completely finished by about 2 pm! We had a slight quibble at the end where one of the packers knocked a chair into the bedroom door and caused some minor damage. The foreman fixed the damage then and there with equipment in the van.

We would definitely use them again.
