Excellent work!! The best service I could receive, excellent professionals, very happy with the hair transplant, I highly recommend it!!!

I had a very good experience with this Clinic in Turkey, and I highly recommend it. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I felt well looked after by the team. The transportation was smooth, and the hotel was also quite comfortable. On the day of the surgery, the team was fantastic—always attentive and making sure I was well taken care of. The procedure itself went much better than I could have imagined. I am very satisfied with the results so far.

Warning to all the people.
This clinic is the worst sad failure I’ve ever encountered.
The staff was very unprofessional, anaesthesia pain was above 10, all over was dirt, disinfectant bottles used during hair transplant were dirty black.Being told they do over 5000grafts, turned out only 2500 which in reality was even less.After transplant I had puss with infection all over the head on the grafts area.Luckily I had antibiotics and somehow the majority of the grafts survives in that big spots full of yellow puss.The overall result is quite quite an utterly garbage.Nothing at all is dense and the baldness is 80-90% like before.
Be careful and don’t use this clinic,don’t be naive,you’ve been warned.You’ll pay upfront and once they get your money, they will argue with you and don’t care of your preferences.Stay away of all these money leeches.

That was an absolutely horrible and miserable experience.You guys should make transplant on animals not people.
Dirty disinfectant bottles,no hair masks,no face masks,no magnifying glasses,bloody grafts inserted and pain 10 out of 10.
Full area infection afterwards and all the grafts were swimming in a big ball of yellow puss.

I am happy with Dr. Batu and the whole team for the incredible smooth process from start to finish.The team was very polite, good care/attention and professional. The coordination between transfer management, patient coordination and Dr. Batu/team was incredibly smooth.

They are really reactive and on every detailes making the surgery not overhwelming.

Honestly, I had an amazing experience with the staff and the surgery hair team. They took all my question and gave honest expectations. In fact they went a little above and beyond. They quoted me for 2000 grats and they actually took more 2500 which gave an extra 500 grats for distribution. I was really please. It was actually my second time doing hair transplant. I would recommend this to anyone. I hate shaving every 3 days is so worth it to use your own hair and move it around the have a full head of hair.

I had a hair transplant at Cosmeticium coming from Romania. The flight was short (~2 hours), the instructions for the pickup point were clear and the transfer team has always been present on time and very accomodating. The patient coordinators made me a Whatsapp group where we could communicate and setup the process.

I had the surgery under the supervision of Dr. Batuhan Kurtoglu. It should be mentioned that the doctors will stay with you and plan your hairline and graft distribution until you are happy with the results.

The process was fast and straightforward. If you feel any mild pain during the operation, do not hesitate to tell the staff and they will numb the area with more anesthetics.

The aftercare process was well explained, and the clinic will keep contact with you during your immediate recovery period.

I got hair transplant done with Cosmeticium in December, I came to know about this place from a friend who got procedure done twice. I must say I was pleasantly surprised how smooth the whole process was.

It's part of Medaway clinics, so don't be surprised if Medaway limos come to pick you up, Medaway name is everywhere in clinics, doctors and assistants.

I left New York City on Tuesday, reached Istanbul on Wednesday, Limo was waiting outside and I stayed at the G Hotels (based on recommendation from friend who stayed here when he got transplant last year). Room was very nice and modern 1 bed top floor with all amenities.

My procedure was done on Thursday, I got to the hospital around 7 (again picked up a very nice limo). It was an all day process something you need to be prepared for. I had around 4200 grafts, morning session they focused on harvesting, and after lunch they focused on transplanting. The only part that was the most painful was the anesthesia injections that last about 2-3 mins (felt like an eternity) in the morning for the backside, and again after lunch for the front side. Rest I didn't feel anything and I was also dozing on and off due to jet lag and part anesthesia, but I was awake / aware of entire procedure. I was surprised that I was constantly taken care of by 3-4 people all the time, and someone was checking in and asking if everything is alright periodically. I did feel that I was in good hands during the entire procedure.

One thing I advise is, plan in advance how your new hairline should look like, as I was getting more confused to decide the right style, partly because this is done after lunch (after harvesting), you may not be fully alert given the hours of session in the morning. It's a difficult thing to decide as you don't want to look like a teenager in 40's, but also not miss the opportunity to have great hair.

After the session, limo took me back to hotel around 7. On Friday, around noon limo gook me to the hospital to remove bandages and consultation, and I left to the airport directly from there. I only stayed in Istanbul for 2 nights, and I came by myself, which I was bit anxious about. It turned out to be very smooth and effortless. If you want to do some site seeing, I recommend you do before the procedure, not after. I used Apple Pay to pay for dinner and at the airport. Hotel had a very nice breakfast buffet.

It's now 3 months, I can see new hairs popping up every day, I am bit excited how it would look in another 3 months. All in all, I strongly recommend the clinic.
If you are going from west, just be open minded about new city and culture, and have a good time.

On Monday February 26 I received my second hair transplant from legend clinic.The first transplant was a great success. They picked me up from the airport I stayed in a five star hotel. The people in instanbul are very friendly and helpful. My surgery went well without much pain.The doctors and technicians did an excellent job.i would highly recommend legend clinic to anyone who wants a hair transplant they really know what they're doing. My experience was wonderful...

My experience has been excellent! Since the first time I contacted Cosmeticium, communication was clear and fluent. Very good coordonation with the transport from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the clinic. Transportation is essential for the patient and is one more star I can add to the service. The coordination has been great! Five* hotel, very close to the Clinic which is very convenient. The Clinic is equipped with updated technology. The team of my surgery very effective and efficient! I am very happy with Dr Batu! He was very professional and dedicated to do his best with my case. Good follow up with me the day after the surgery and my first head wash as well. I contacted Cosmeticium because a good friend told me how good was his experience. Today I can say the same, just I have to wait some time to see the result. I would recommend you! Keep it up! Outstanding service, professionalism and team extremely friendly & personable. I fell asleep during surgery and very pleased with the result (so far).

My second experience here has been just as exemplary as the first. I am a strong proponent of getting the procedure (DHI hair transplant) done here, as the doctors and supporting team are excellent. There are no hidden costs and no up selling. They earn every cent that you spend. I traveled from Los Angeles twice and it was the right choice.

I visited this clinic for the second time because my first experience was such a great success. The excellent pricing point, prompt response, efficient transfers from airport to hotel to clinic were great. On the less positive side, they did change the hotel without informing me and I believe it's a miscommunication between the point person and the transfer team. The hotel originally promised was 3-star but the reserved one was officially 5-star (but 3.5 stars at best in reality).

Even with shortcomings in communication regarding the hotel, I am not taking any stars off because the doctors (Batu and Baris) and the supporting staff here are absolute professionals. I feel I received more service than I paid for.

Amazing team. I came here in Dec 2022 and again Dec 2023. Each time they have taken great care of me, provided great service and have been very responsive in communication. Dr. Baris, Dr. Armaghan, Dr. Batu and team are wonderful people. I definitely recommend this clinic!

The team was wonderful, explained everything, and post-op help has been awesome. It's been a life-changing experience.

Two important concerns:

1) I was taken to a different hotel and clinic than the ones told prior to my trip. When you're traveling overseas - especially for a medical procedure - your family needs to know where you are and changes need to be communicated.

2) My hairline is a bit higher and rounder than I wanted. It seems to be a common hairline in Turkey, but I thought it was going to be lower and a more natural (less perfectly round) shape. The doctor was wonderful and attentive, so it may have just been a glitch in communication. I'd advise anyone to make sure keep adjusting the plan before the procedure, so the result is what you want.

Otherwise, I'll be returning to Cosmeticium next year to fill in the crown and adjust the hairline~

I was very nervous and kinda sceptical if I made the right choice with Cosmeticium among many good reviews with the others, but after doing the consultation with the Surgeon and having felt his job done and seeing the result I was very very happy and known I made the right choice. Its almost 6 weeks and going through the shock loss moment, I hope to best result from this moment onward and I love my new hairline.
