I wish I could give NO stars.

Do not buy from this company.

Order was apparently delivered but it was not. Money taken. Initial email said they would investigate then radio silence.

I would even give 1 star. Delivery said it has been delivered. I asked for proof of delivery and they said issue with shipping company and it would get rectified. Now they are not even replying to me. I too will be in touch with my bank to try and get my money back

Scam! Take the money. Say it's delivered, obviously hasn't been. When you email, it says mail box full

Absolutely terrible service. I received a notification saying my order had been delivered, but it never arrived. I contacted customer service by email, and while they initially replied saying they would investigate the issue, they never followed up despite multiple days passing.

The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company. They have been unresponsive, unreliable, and have shown little interest in resolving a genuine customer issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

READ PROPER REVIEWS FROM CUSTOMERS THAT ARE STILL WAITING DELIVERY ON THEIR PRODUCTS. CAN NO LONGER CONTACT THEM AND HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!

This is a fraud, they say it has been delivered but the address is a random address no where near me. Do not buy from this company.

Zero stars!! Says item delivered but it has not been.

AVOID

Absolute scam. Says delivered to a strange unknown address I never gave them. Tried emailing the only support address the site supplies and got a failure notification saying the inbox of recipient is full. Hope my credit card customer service is able to help.

-10 stars if it was possible like everyone else in the reviews, they are saying it has been delivered to a different part of the UK to where I live and the email given online it just bouncing back every time. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank because I can’t get in touch with the company. Do not use this company

Absolutely shocking company…. Ordered skin care for my daughter. Said it was delivered to a different part of the country to where I live….. AI automated response regarding missed delivery. Asked for a refund and got no where!!!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Saying delivered, to a completely different part of the country to where I live! Had one email response….clearly auto response and nothing since. Disgusting to think it’s ok taking people’s money and not receiving product. Do not waste your time or money on this company

scam website, saying delivered ... nothing delivered and proof on my ring doorbell. Sent email it bounced and cannot get through

It doesn’t deserve one star! How they are getting away with taking money is beyond me, no end of email to a so called customer service and pathetic responses….. I need to escalate to watch dog or something they can’t get away with this!

Disgusting firm. Said they delivered but I proved it wasn't as i have cameras at the front and back of my house. You write to them. Approx 30 times and get the same reply it is being investigated. TOTAL SCAMMERS AND THIEVES DO NOT USE

My order did not arrive even though it was stated delivered! Not photo or anything provided! Will not answer my emails . I am so upset , lost £30 of cosmetics

My product never arrived. I tracked to see where it was and it stated it had been delivered 9 days ago, which it absolutely hadn't! I've contacted cosmetics lab 3 times by email, to be ignored every time. I will not be shopping here again, & would recommend avoiding at all costs!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with CosmeticsLab. After being acquired by a new company, the quality of service dropped significantly. They ignored our instructions, failed to provide updates, and refused to refund the product development amount we paid. Eventually, we contacted Peter Shippen, but he stopped responding entirely. It feels like a scam, and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with how everything was handled. I would not recommend working with them.
