Ordered $1500 of product and paid for…
Ordered $1500 of product and paid for UPS 2 day and product hasn't arrived 20 days later. Still no updates and UPS says shipping order was created but no update that they've received it. I've emailed the company with no reply. Lead times should be listed so right expectations are set. Very disappointed in my first experience ordering from them.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Cosmetix Club. The products I received were authentic, high quality, and matched the descriptions perfectly, which is really important to me when ordering beauty items.
