I just started a comics collection, and I discover Cosmic Comic online. Since they seem to have great priced on what eve was looking for, I decided to order 5 books
They have something call a hold box than when you buy something its automatically goes there, so when you look at the shipping amount it says free but that another matter. So, after I figured out that I added to pay the hold box, I did so and waited…
Since I didn’t here from Cosmic Comic and that I was getting nervous because it’s my first experience with this unknown company, I decided to reach them saying that I wasn’t sure I understood how the shipping worked. Was my package on it way? And am I supposed to be able to track it?
A lady did answer me saying they will send me an invoice for shipping as they don't ship for free. I never asked anything about free shipping. I told her that it’s been a couple of days and I didn't receive any information about what to come. I just wanted to know that everything is going according to plan and what delay I should expect?
She responded that there are also others ahead of me. I don’t know what eve said to offend her but as a new customer it seems fair to ask how the enterprise worked and to also be worried. I also mentioned that i didn’t deserve that kind of costumer service I only wanted information. So finally, eve completed my hold box Paiement on the 23 august and received it Sept 08. An order made on eBay from Alberta 2-day shipping time. Book are great but they got to work their customer experience a lot.

I wouldn’t recommend this store. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I found them to be very unprofessional.

They were constantly leaving me on read. After waiting over two months for my order, they told me it would be packaged and that I would receive a tracking notification the next day, but I didn’t. I had to message them again to ask when my order would be shipped, but that message was also left on read with no response. Meanwhile, they were active on social media. Instead of actually shipping my order that day like they said they would, they only created a shipping label, and it took them one week to actually ship it.

I’m definitely not ordering from this store again.

Cosmic Canada is great. The hold box is unique and allows me to decide when I want my items shipped! Cosmic has helped me get issues I was missing..nothing worse than having issues 2-8 and missing #1 and local stores don't have the issue!!!

The hold box comes securely package and my only regret is that I have to go to work and can't read my issues!! Gawd I love packages in the mail..so excited to see what I ordered!!!

No clue why there's 1 star reviews. ordered 3 single issues, 2 trades, and they came in pristine condition. Bagged, boarded, and the box it came in was neatly organized, packed, and protected. Shipping and service was excellent.

Was assuming it was going to take much longer for my package to arrive due to the issues with Canada post, but it came here quickly and I live a good couple provinces away.

i was originally going to purchase from captcan, but after doing thorough research I found that the shipping expenses were much cheaper here with cosmics. I also was able to find all the single issues i needed, all the other online stores were either missing an issue, or the issue was more in price.

just double the price of a comic w horrible shipping prices and rules..not to mention if want it refunded

Ordered from Cosmic Comics and received order today. Everything arrived complete and well-packaged. All the comics were as described; excellent condition. They have a large inventory of back-issues which I like. Great communication with seller and they were patient with this customer. Will be coming back again. Highly recommended store. Shop with confidence! This is just my opinion, of course.

Excellent packing and the comics are boarded and bagged. I highly recommend ordering comics from here!
