The email response staff the most rude! I received a Fallout 4 Nate Suit with no instructions and 50 pieces attached. I requested instructions. The first response sent seemed to be written by a first grader and not legible. The second email extremely rude.
I placed my order on June 2nd and never received confirmation of an order pending. However paypal notified me that the company had been paid and gave me a order number. Two weeks go by and it's getting close to time for my event. I begin to try to contact the company, but have trouble locating the web site. I mean it literally says site not found. So I track them to facebook and inquire about my order and inform them that I can't locate the web site. In less that 24 hours the sites back up. Mind you at this point I've wasted time trying to find them. Finally get in contact with a person the week I need my order. I'm informed that they're trying to locate my order..... It should be in route to my location by this time. We email back and forth and finally the day before my event they inform me that the package will be shipped on June 22nd. Mind you in our first official email I gave them the dates for my event and informed them if they couldn't make it by then I wouldn't need the product. I requested a full refund; did I mention I paid for two day shipping.......
