I am regular customer of Costa coffee so whenever I go I try to get coffee from Costa coffee.
Today I was in Eailing and ordered a Decaf Cappuccino but unfortunately the staff very rude and she gave me very cold Latte instead.
I wanted an extra hot Cappuccino in takeaway cup but she made me cold latte in Ceramic Cup .
When I complained she said I ordered latte I didn’t get involved in an argument but
I was Very disappointed with the staff behaviour I left cafe with my friend and bought coffee from an other coffee shop.i still love Costa but I will never buy from Ealing store .

Yet another app with a scam that doesnt let you have your birthday reward

I'm a regular customer to Preston Deepdale Costa and have always had a top class experience whether I sit in or take away. The staff are all very friendly and professional.
I have to mention today, I ordered a coffee cake and a toastie, picked up the cake and coffee and walked off without the toastie!
Got all the way across the car park, which I might add is big and was pouring with rain, got in my car then looked up to see the young lady with the red hair (sorry don't know your name) standing there with my toastie!
Now that is what I call customer service.
Going over and above for customers is rare these days, that really impressed me. Thanks again, I really enjoyed it 😂

Was Costa Newark - near the B&Q.

I bought cheese toastie and extra hot flat white - and said these were to take out. Both were served for eat in. I politely asked for a take-out: the staff were clearly just annoyed and rude: slopping the coffee into a cup and throwing the toastie into a bag. And the coffee wasn’t extra hot, just normal. Anyone can make mistakes - that’s not the problem: it was the staff attitude, customers clearly getting in the way. Really bad service.

Went to Costa Coffee situated in Tescos Kingsnorth, i go here each week before doing my weekly shop. Today is the worse ive seen, service was very slow, tables dirty, staff unhelpful but to top it off one of the staff was picking her nose whilst serving, she didn't wash her hands afterwards, just continued to serve. Don't think I'll go there again, especially if she's working, gross and disgusting 🤮🤢

Staff looked bored, not cheerful. I said I would have had a pastry but they had flies crawling over them.
Cappuccino was dark and very strong. I left it.
Much nicer places around.

William Harvey Hospital Ashford. I am on a fat free diet pending operation.
1. No oat milk for days.
2. When it turned up, ordered a large oat latte & it was watery, no froth.
3. Took it back, ordered another & it was nearly cold, just like warm.

Worst customer services ever. I was unable to find out the balance of my costa gift card online so contacted customer services who informed me there was £20 on the gift card.When I went to costs a few weeks later ,I was informed that the card had expired. I wrote back to customer services to say that I was disappointed that they hadn't informed me it was about to expire.The reply was to offer a free coffee as a gesture of goodwill. I know that these companies are able to reinstate the giftcard balance and think they could have at least reimbursed half of the balance. Myself and my family won't be visiting Costa coffee again.

Another disgusting coffee shop. Weymouth branch is tired, dirty and unhygienic. The toilet facilities are so awful.

Costa show nothing but contempt for customers by how they think we want to dine in a filthy, dirty sitting area. Tables are left dirty, no soap, or toilet paper in the toilets. I went in there one day and someone had left a bit of poo in the sink! when I told the service people they just closed the toilet and said this always happens. I'm sure this is where Covid originated.

My boyfriend & I went into costa in hucknall in Nottingham there are 2 guys who work there names are jamine& Joshua they have both excellent customers service if I could I would give them another 5 stars so it make it 1o for my experience of the store

Apparently dish washer broken so drinks dispensed in paper cups. This was not the experience we expected for the price.

My wife & I have been unable to open the Costa App, unable to reset our password as Costa never send the reset email. We have tried the Costa "Contact Us" form but have yet to recieve a response & of course you CANNOT PHONE THEM" Pathetic customer service * we will have lost out on our loyalty points/beans. Generally good coffee but Pathetic H.O. customer service.

Had a coffee in Costa Craneligh coffee was great and staff were lovely!

Handforth retail park . Just awful! I dont know what has happened to the cakes but mine tasted wet! not like any cake I have ever had. could only manage a small bite. Would have complained but the queues were massive. Uncleared tables and food on the floor. Coffee pretty poor and the whole thing overpriced. Not going to Costa again

Lady serving was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Chap making coffees was obviously experienced, but worked in a clean &tidy manner, getting our order out super fast. Cafe tables were clean. Thank you

Went for lunch on Saturday at the Minster , Ramsgate Costa Coffee branch - I know that you now allow dogs in store ( not that I agree even though I am a dog owner myself ) but this was the second time I have witnessed a customer with two dogs given cream for their dogs in takeaway cups , the customer then poured the cream onto the floor for each dog to lick from the floor - surely this is a step too far ??? I find it disgusting and as a regular customer am being put off having my coffee here - is it really essential to allow dogs and give them instore treats ?? 🤢
