Overall, very satisfied with my purchase experience. Component price and shipping charges were reasonable. I will absolutely purchase from CostAero again in the future. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is due to the fact that I assumed my parts were shipping from the Portland area, and that would have been next day for me- but the parts actually shipped from the OEM in Idaho and I had to wait an extra day.

I emailed to confirm my item was in stock and got a very fast response to the email and a phone call from an human!! Easy ordering. Great experience.

I paid for the faster shipping and it still took 2 weeks to get an oil filter. If I knew it would have taken so long I would have drove the 3 hours and picked it up.
Only reason I did rate this review a 1 is customer service was fairly quick to respond to my emails.

I buy most of my avionics from CostAero. The owner is a pilot and is very knowledgeable about not only his products, as well as the applications and installations as well. They are always willing to take time to walk you through anything you need and are very responsive.

I have used CostAreo for several years, they always come thru on parts and price. Great team to work with and count on.

because my ELT was shipped from WA and I live in WA, I paid sales tax. But, Cost aero was up front and honest about this and I agreed to pay the tax.

The ordering experience was flawless. They kept me up tp date on order process and sent updates/notifications as needed.
