Costcrow Reviews

Ordered a pair of shoes. They arrived from China with no paperwork on the order and the wrong size. Email addresses provided on their website don't go thru and there is no phone number to call their supposed support dept. Hence, no way to rectify the incorrect size received.
Don't go there!

There is an item in my cart that i cant remove snd i am afraid it will be charged and shipped which i do not want! Cannot remove it. Also, i ordered some fake ferns and they are not as big as advertised and are very fake bright green. Would never order from them again.

Deceptive, bait and switch, products are not as viewed and described. They figured out how to by pass paypal, hence disputes go in their favor because they wait till last minute to provide proof of delivery, by the time you see what's been delivered, PayPal closes the case as resolved, and then can't dispute the fact you did not get what you ordered. STAY AWAY, UNLESS you just want to give away your $

we purchased whatwas supposed to be Vintage-Washed Floral Embroidered womans baseball caps, they were 29.99each in three different flowered scenes. I ordered them for a friend that liked them.
1st i could not establish they were even shipped that took weeks and i was ready to call my bank when they arrived
2nd when they arrived they are not embroided at all.
they are a flowered material, the stitching was a mess on two of them and right ontop of the hat so you could see the sloppy stitching. Not only false advertising but over charged drastically. I wanted to return them but she asked me to contact them first they were not worth 29.99. but the site was then listed as unsafe, and it was hard enough to get them so i just want to warn people the product you see, the description your given is not what you get.

First the ad for Christmas glasses is misleading. You only get one glass not 6 as advertised. The angel box decoration is made from plastic not glass and not glass. Very cheap looking. I paid $60.00 for an angel box and 1 glass. Sent a request 2 days ago for return which I have to pay for and the company will deduct $10.00. If I do get a refund, which does not look likely, it will not be $60.00.

CostCrow.com is a clothing website that has been popping up on several other sites as a total scam, and I can now confirm. The products they advertise online DO NOT match the products you receive, and their customer service hot-buttons to request a refund/exchange is a non-functioning link. Even after locating an email for them, and emailing them three separate times over the period of two months, I have not received a single reply from them.

NOTE: I can provide Screenshots of Costcrow website, along with photos of the garbage I received, as well as an order number as evidence to back this claim.
