I have actually bought a street lamp cheaper and its motioned sensitive to. this is a cheap rubbish thing with a liying site DONT TOUCH THEM WIHT A BARGE POLE !!!!

I placed an order om 9/18/26 receive the order confirmation the same one week later i received a notification with the tracking number, week later i check the status was on the way 4 or 5 days later my package was delivered i sent an email to let them know that the package was never delivered to me they never reply to me until I have been sending emails every day requesting my money back and they have never responded any of my of my emails this company is a SCAM please don't buy from them.

They advertised a beautiful crystal encrusted ztree Topper and what I got was a piece of metal that would not even fit a 6 ft tree. Very disappointed. Will attempt to request a refund but not the best customer service. Could not upload photos.

The company was rude in their response to me about the tracking number not being found by the company they claim they sent it through. They finally showed that it was delivered but I never received the package and sent me out a replacement right away. Received the replacement and it was missing a bracelet and not the correct order. Sent another email out about it and now they are choosing not to respond. We ordered in July and finally received the order in September after I kept pushing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM!

Keep away from this company. Absolute charlatans. Don’t respond to emails, no updates. In the end I contacted my credit card company and got my money back

False advertising and a fight to get a refund. Not to be trusted in any way. Traditional, scam business model depending on consumers giving up on getting their money back.
