Zero customer service
Zero customer service. Now 20 emails in and still no refund after CouchCare representatives admitted in writing that their Auto generated shipping email did NOT reflect the actual status of the stock. Ordered an "in stock" item in real time on their website .... then after order confirmed and advised via email it was being prepped for shipping. I enquired why it had not arrived and they said it's in "preorder" status which means its out of stock and we will ship when back in stock.
No it wasn't. And I won't be waiting until it is back in stock since I ordered it when it clearly stated "in stock" on the website at the point of sale. I would like a refund.
The response, from CouchCare Official: "we don't do refunds for change of mind".
CouchCare are no longer responding via email and have refused to offer a business telephone number to discuss. I submitted my personal phone number to CouchCare in good faith to have them call me to discuss. No contact to date via phone.
Reported to the ACCC and the Office of Fair Trading. DO NOT BUY CouchCare Official products.
