Country Ways Reviews

Item described very accurately. Dispatch and delivery very fast. Delighted with my purchase. Nice and friendly company with great customer service.

I genuinely thought I’d been scammed because the price was so low. Fortunately not and both the service and cost were unquestionable. Will be the go to country store.

Purchased some new wellies from this company who (after extensive searching) provided me with the most competitive price for a top quality product. Their website was easy to navigate and complete my purchase on and they also provided a welcome discount on an already keen price!

After sales and tracking comms were all on point and delivery was speedy.

What's not to love?!

My thanks to Chris and Erin for all of your assistance with my purchase.

I have been shopping for Aigle Parcours 2 iso with the zip for a very long time but they've always been between £250 to £300. So when I saw them from Country ways for £195 I ordered them straight way, they were dispatched immediately and I received them promptly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size as being in European sizes. I rang them straight away and they were so understanding and helpful, their returns policy is so easy and straightforward, I returned them via Royal Mail special delivery and I received an e mail the following day to say they had received and dispatched my new wellies. For a small business to value first time customers so highly its a pleasure to give them a well deserved mention and thank you.

Ordered a Fairfax and Favor messenger bag off the site. Really quick delivery and bag was perfect. Absolutely love it. Will definitely order from this store again. Highly recommended 5⭐️

Went in to the Banchory store for my son to be measured up for a back protector and new riding hat. The staff were all very friendly and polite, but the lady who helped measure up was just outstanding. I didn’t catch her name but she was so clearly very knowledgeable and really cares about rider and child safety. All her explanations made sense and my son loved her. Highly recommend

Ordered online. Excellent communication regarding delivery. Prompt delivery as per communication.
Item wrapped in tissue which was a nice touch.
Would recommend and will put as one of my favourites.
Thank you .

I received faulty goods and country ways were brilliant. Sorted the issue immediately and even refunded the return postage costs. Couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant. Great people to do business with and I thoroughly recommend.

Hubby loves Aigle Boots, fancied a brown pair. Found on this shop online, phoned and lovely lady checked in stock. Arrived couple days later, perfect. Thank you for the personal touch

Purchased my Aigle Parcous Vario 2 Wellingtons on line. Phoned the shop to confirm the purchase and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I ordered on Friday and my order was with me Tuesday. Email notifications were received about the order and delivery details. I will be ordering from County Ways again. Keep up the good work 👏 😊

Absolutely fantastic experience with this company when ordering a Fairfax & Favor bag. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. A special mention to Cerys the supervisor who offered unparalleled customer service. Will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you
