Unprofessional, disrespectful customer service
This is an organisation I would advise to be careful of. I did not find their customer service up to mark especially how my complaint and data was handled. Their customer service advisor came across as aggressive and unprofessional. I wrote a complaint and my complaint was not met with respect and humility. I felt my personal data was misused and I did not receive a satisfactory response regarding that either, leading me to escalate the enquiry. To me, their customer service came across as defensive, manipulative and untrustworthy,

Course2Career was honestly a great experience
Course2Career was honestly a game-changer for me. Their cyber security programme gave me everything I needed to get started in the industry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
It took me about 3-4 months to complete the studies, and while it wasn’t always easy, the tutor support was amazing. Any time I struggled, they were there to explain things clearly, which made a huge difference. Thanks to their help, I passed all my exams on the first try.
The recruitment support was just as good. They revamped my CV and LinkedIn profile, which really helped me stand out. The team was on it from day one, and within six weeks, I landed a cyber security role.
