Big Scam - Not Recommended

fake reviews for a fake school. laughable.

I enrolled in The Masterclass Certificate in Longevity Coaching less than a month ago, and I am horrified! The content is repetitive, poorly structured, boring, and not pedagogical at all. There are no images, tables, or graphics—nothing. A book would have been much better for a fraction of the price I paid. It feels like it was written by an outdated AI. In fact, ChatGPT could explain the topics in a much more meaningful and engaging way. I wrote to them but received no reply. It feels like a scam!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before enrolling in this school.

What was promised as a professional, expert-led learning journey turned out to be an extremely frustrating and misleading experience from start to finish.

Firstly, the course content itself was a major red flag. It became quickly apparent that the material was not developed or delivered by qualified human experts.

The writing style, structure, and overall quality is regurgitate and regenerated AI—often incoherent, repetitive, and lacking the depth and critical insight one would expect from an accredited educational provider. They admitted in writing to me their courses where generated by OpenAI. I could have simply gone on ChatGPT and asked for the course, without paying for it.

There was little to no evidence of real academic or industry expertise behind the materials, and attempts to clarify or engage with instructors were met with vague, generic responses that did not address the content or questions raised.

Secondly, and more alarmingly, this school advertises affiliations and accreditations with well-known awarding bodies to bolster its credibility. Out of concern, I contacted several of these organisations directly to verify their connection to the school. Every single one I reached out to confirmed that they have no affiliation whatsoever with the institution. This level of misrepresentation is not only unethical but borders on fraudulent, especially for prospective students relying on these claims to make decisions about their education and future.

This experience has been both disappointing and infuriating. I invested time, money, and trust into this course, only to discover that it fails to meet even basic standards of legitimacy and academic integrity.

To anyone considering enrolling: please do thorough research. Ask for proof of accreditation and human-led instruction. Do not rely solely on what’s displayed on the website or in promotional materials. There are many credible, high-quality educational providers out there—but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I've completed my Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership at the London School of International Business, and I have received my Diploma via post.
However, it's only fair to mention a slight hiccup in the otherwise smooth process. I found myself needing to remind the institution to evaluate my last assignment, which was a departure from their usual promptness in checking assignments. Additionally, I had to request the dispatch of my Diploma.
I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone looking to advance their strategic management and leadership skills.

I have to agree with other reviewers that this is a scam group. You can never pass a course. They will run your entire work, including subheadings, mathematical equations and bibliography through a plagiarism checker and fail you for that reason. There does not seem to be any sense applied to the checks and they simply want to ensure you are not able to pass and make progress.

I started a health and social course level 3, 4 and 5. The help before purchasing the course was second to none very helpful and informative and they stated their regulated courses too so I went for it!

However I soon discovered the help was far from adequate firstly the tutors ring from India and they will tell you a load of wallop they don't have a lot of time to talk because they are in class...it was also very hard trying to a receive a call as they kept saying my phone number was invalid then I cudnt be reached because the teams virtual chatroom wouldn't work either so getting help with assignments was a nightmare! They sent a sample so I Cauld see what I was doing wrong following my assignments I would then correct this and it would be sent back not completed or faulty. One of my assignments was on diabetes care to which I have great knowledge of, being type 1 myself and my step mother being a diabetic nurse, the assignment came back stating not enough information or poorly described. I had 2 years to complete my l3 L4 L5 I was now 5 months in with l3 coming back not passing. I had my assignments checked via a college who said they were very good and cudnt understand why they were being sent back? So a long story short I do feel this company is a scam!!!! Iv spent £750 and refused a refund, money down the drain with no diploma to show for it! Please please do not get reeked in!! They are so unprofessional very repetitive in what they send back to you too, all they want is your money they may or may not be regulated courses but I really do think they are a scam stay well and truly clear!!

I enrolled into health and social care level 4 and 5. I paid £10 fee. They set up my course profile and page once I'd made my first deposit of £125. A few days after I wanted to change to psychology instead as I was within my 14 days they said it would not be an issue. I waited a week nothing changed. So I sent another email saying there having computer errors and it will be changed as soon as possible. So I waited it out. Still nothing. I've sent lots of emails to admin. I called them loads. Lady just kept telling me to contact admin. Still nothing. So as it's now February 2023 and it still had not changed I sent another email saying I want to cancel and get my £125 back. There computers are down alot they can still manage to send me invoices for payments and asking me to enrol onto a course though no issues. But I've not paid them anymore. As I did not get the service I paid for. So now they have took my details off there system I can't login to study portal and I never got my refund. This is a scam. I've also noticed they have not replied personally to any of the other reviews so obviously they know it's wrong defo do not recommend this company at all.

There are no classmates, no teacher just a few email addresses that you interact with(It takes ages to respond to you), probably being controlled by the same person. The learning platform was just an HTML version of the ATHE syllabus. They managed to get away with my employer's funding, now I am the one facing the consequences.

They are very irresponsible, Their number is always switched off.

All of the good reviews here are from people who never enrolled, some just chatted with the helpline to ask for information.

I regret ever paying tuition to this scam institution. Save your money for other real online education institutions!!!!

I received an email about available courses. I had a look, and found one that interests me. I was asked to pay a £10 enrollment fee. I paid the fee, and then received another email asking me to pay a grand before I could start the course.
Their adverts are misleading. They never clarified that more money would be payable. I asked them to cancel the enrolment, as I was becoming suspicious that it was a scam.
They cancelled enrolment, but didn't refund my money.
AVOID! IT'S A SCAM!
