The company responded to an email thoroughly and promptly after I requested customer service help for a monthly charge I didn't request through your account. I needed my subscription cancelled and Eurona was able to help me cancel, refund me when I was charged in August and provide a nice email detailing everything.

This was a very useful tool. I recommend them. Just watch if you do not want to continue subscription, but it was super easy to cancel subscription. I only needed the service for one thing, and they met my expectations.

The 5-Star Reviews are Bots or Paid
Edit: My previous review had stated that they quietly auto-enroll you into their $24.95/month subscription. I'm wrong. They do indeed inform you in a checkbox on the bottom of the order page.
I would change my experience rating on Trustpilot, especially after the kind response I received from their customer service, but I recently discovered that I was also double charged for months for their service. It only stopped because I canceled my subscription. I would believe it was a system glitch or error if this double charge happened from the beginning, but it started randomly months into my subscription.

It also states that it will automatically enroll the customer in a monthly subscription billed at $24.95 if the customer does not cancel during the trial. We provide an Order Summary on the checkout page, with a checkbox for the customer to acknowledge that they have read our Terms of Service and Billing Terms.
