Overall time savings on creating and printing out motions, and not having to type all in from in from scratch. Spell checker seldom works in real time, can't seem to change or remove nickname fields... Toon meer
While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7... Toon meer

You upload your documents which it charges you for each one. Then it constantly asks you questions about other things you did not ask and thinks you're someone else. Ridiculous. I will call my bank to dispute and get a full refund. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is a criminal money grab. DO NOT TRUST this company. WOW.

I am very good at using several different apps AIS Court things this was the most difficult thing that I ever try to use I got absolutely nothing out of it I spent $100 tried to talk to customer service to get even a portion of my money back they would not even talk to me and they said since I did not cancel within the 7 days it was 8 days they would not give me anything back and they never responded to my later emails. Honestly possibly the worst service I've ever signed up for and that is saying a lot

Absolutely not!😅But when I compare that to taking out a 2nd mortgage to pay an attorney $40,000 (only to watch them make mistakes I could avoid myself), I’ll choose the $250 any day.💯👍🏾...The best part? Even if I stumble, I learn early — because I’m actively engaged in my own process. That kind of empowerment is priceless, THANK U COURTROOM 5.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Discovering Courtroom5 was like finding a life raft in the middle of the ocean. Before, I was piecing things together slowly, but once I found this website, my confidence in the entire process grew quickly. That was exactly what I needed before moving forward with my lawsuit. Once I reviewed all of the learning center materials, I began assembling my case. I was looking for a specific cause of action not listed on the site. There was a simple way to report this to the admin, and within a couple days- it was added to the list! I’m more than grateful for the services provided by Courtroom5 and for the best customer support I’ve experienced. Beginning this process was daunting. I didn't know where to start. Now I am ready for anything the opposing council might throw at me.

I have tried to use Courtroom5 but keep running up against snafus of all types; incorrect documents or no appropriate documents found. Answers frm their bots take too long.
I found Courtroom 5 just in the nick of time as I was approaching a hearing for Summary Judgment. They supported me in using the tools and coaching they make available in the platform to get a 30 day Continuance so I live to fight another day. Now I am using the platform to learn more about how to make my defense and hopefully win. Without Courtroom 5 last Friday (my hearing) would have likely ended in a very bad way. I am very thankful and 100% recommend them to anyone seeking to represent themselves and win in court.

This is the most basic, massively slow, limited AI experience I have EVER had. If you have any case of worth do not even bother with this software. You have been warned. There is nothing here you can't get for free online. The user interface is absurd and looks like a 10th grader put it together. Jesus I wish I never just handed these clows my hard earned money FOR NOTHING!!!! This is def. going to be a chargeback. No way your taking my money like this. Talk about false advertisement.

Saved my hearing , I am so grateful that I found Court room five , Sonja is a true hero . She walked me through the exact formulas to present my motions , very supportive , want and professional , I can’t express with words how pleased I am with her and Court room five .
Money grab scam. U better off with a free ChatBot. The only thing u getting for $15 is a link to another paywall to another paywall to another paywall. A real lawyer cost must cheaper!! 👎

I was excited to find CourtRoom 5 about a month ago, very helpful in understanding key legal elements. Now that I am ready to sign up for the monthly plan, "The Lights are ON, but NOBODY IS HOME!" The A.I. is unhelpful and the "Get Started" link leads to a blank dashboard page, even after signing in. Yes, it is a weekend, but the Online Payment System still works, except for courtroom5, sadly.
While this maybe a very decent and valuable service it's too short of a trial of the product to determine if the product is worth the price! Court cases takes WEEKS or MONTHS to accomplish and 5 or 7 days just isn't adequate. Also, there should be tiers of price level, not just one. Find ways to provide MORE VALUE before asking someone to pay! Could also benefit by having flat fee options.

I can't say exactly what she did or else y'all would bombard Jinnifer, but I will say that this God-send angel helped my situation as it pertained to the technical difficulties I had with my account. Jinnifer stood with me every step of the way and me making YouTube private video uploads to showcase my issues really helped. Thank you, Jinnifer, for being a bit too flawless and perfect. :)
Everyone, you NEED Courtroom5. Their "Law" tab is by itself incredibly invaluable. Read what other higher courts have opined in the exact or very similar cases to yours - or read what the higher courts have opined on some elements which match your case. That's critical to do, as it'll equip you with powerful citations to put in your motions and petitions.

You are fraudulently charging my credit card. I did nothing but draft a document, I never printed anything and to lure people on the premise that just because you type a document doesn't mean you've provided a service. To make the website virtually impossible to make contact and/or change/delete information that you have used to create a billing cycle is not legal. You have been blocked from any future transactions on my account.

The best resource I’ve found to help a Pro Se litigant. It provides you with a guide to assure you’ve got all the elements needed to make a claim, how to defend yourself and, issues pro se litigants deal with Awesome.
The web technology has some bugs and they’re pretty significant. I had a lot of difficulty using the laws section and working with the cases. The forum seemed to have quite a few bugs too. I used Safari. In the beginning I found the tutorials very useful, but there hasn’t been any new content there in a while it seems. Narrower focused topics and in greater depth would be very helpful. There are so many, but one that discusses Findings of Fact or the parts of a court order in detail might be something that would help litigants. I’m actually going to be canceling my subscription. I think my skill has moved beyond the need for CR5. Im proud of that, but I also wish that it weren’t true because then I wouldn’t have spent so much of my life dealing with this unending mess. Thank you for helping me to get here!!!
The new layout is very hard to navigate. Causes additional work because new sections are not outlined in the beginning. The formatting is way off also.
