Promptly resolved issue with KYC
I had an issue with the KYC, I never received a link to confirm my identity but I won a card that I wanted shipped. I reached out through their automated chat and was quickly connected to live support. Rosie on the other end was helpful and thorough. She text me the verification link and made sure everything went through so I could have the card shipped before the 24hr deadline expired. A+
