An absolute must for anyone struggling with lust and self control.A little tricky to set up initially but well worth the time.

Absolutely brilliant. Advanced assistance and protection from self-sabotaging. The cost is more than reasonable and the customer assistance is fast and professional.

The blocker works great! Just wish the support had more of a community. We can wish each other well, but that’s about it. Also, I would like to explore the classes but don’t know if they would take long to watch/do. Please advise.

I have been using the covenant eyes app for about 6 months and I thought it would be very helpful but I am writing this review so that other people don’t fall into the same comfort I did. I have been using the app for my husband and I have come to find out that it does not cover WhatsApp, or chrome on the device it is installed on. So someone can use chrome to act out and it won’t pick it up. Only safari and so there are way to many work arounds so please don’t feel comfortable if you are using to monitor someone’s activity online.

I didn't realize the payments were auto-renewed. I paid them over $200 / year for 5 years and then they emailed me to offer me a lifetime membership for an additional $1000!! I told them I already paid $1000 and asked them to convert to a lifetime memebership. They said I would have to pay an additional $850. Absolutely ridiculous. Software is surprisingly easy to circumnavigate. Even a teenager can do it easily. Stay Away!

I had an issue with getting the VPN to work on my iPad. With their customer service help and patience, I was able to get the Covenant Eyes VPN to work.

I asked for help in changing the way I pay for Covenant Eyes. I received a quick, good response in reply. The use of Covenant Eyes is a little complicated and could be improved in this respect.

Great app for anyone wanting to overcome lust. Get an ally setup straight away and make it someone older than you who you don't want to have an awkward conversation with about how you've been looking at filth.

Covenant Eyes has done an excellent job of blocking harmful sites and alerting allies. I experienced some issues with the VPN not functioning, but their support team was extremely helpful and resolved the problem. Highly recommended!

This is a powerful accountability tool. The screen detector and filter are useful barriers against pornography. Support are also very responsive.

I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I canceled my Covenant Eyes subscription over six months ago and have records confirming the cancellation date. Despite this, I was charged for multiple months after canceling.

After reaching out, the company admitted fault and refunded two months, which I appreciated. However, they continued charging me even after acknowledging the issue, resulting in a total of six months of improper charges.

When I asked for a full refund for the remaining months, I was met with unnecessary friction and questions that should not be required to cancel a service or receive a refund for acknowledged billing errors.

I have clear documentation of:

The original cancellation

The dates of continued charges

The partial refund already issued after fault was admitted

At this point, continuing to bill a customer after cancellation — and after admitting error — crosses from a mistake into something much more serious.

This is especially disappointing given that Covenant Eyes presents itself as a Christian organization built on trust and integrity. I expected higher standards and quicker resolution.

I am still requesting that the remaining improper charges be refunded in full and escalated appropriately.

I hope this review helps the company improve its internal systems and helps future customers stay vigilant.

Customer service for Covenant eyes Victories app is amazing. They respond in a fast and responsive manner. Useful, reliable and helpful service.

Very useful tool. Obviously requires a level of desire to work with the app as it works to prevent you from seeing or accessing pornography, but it is an amazing tool that is a good wall to put up and should be used in conjunction with other things to help fight this battle. The VPN is by no means a fix-all, but is a good foundation for getting the upper hand in this struggle.

Quick and efficient response. Very helpful site backed with a staff who are eager to reach out and be my ally.

The site flags so much that is absolutely innocuous and obviously not in any way shape or form pornographic, and it is very aggravating to constantly be getting alerts and notices that your ally has visited some inappropriate site only to find out that they have been “shopping on Home Depot or something similar“ it’s ridiculous and definitely not worth $19 a month

Covenant eyes has been a huge part of a life change for me and without accountability and the caring of the people involved with covenant eyes and victory, My struggle would be much worse, so I think you all from the bottom of my heart and pray that God continues to bless this program and all the people that are involved. There are very few things that are helpful in the attempt to quit pornography, covenant eyes and victory are the best way by far second to prayer and submitting to God and allowing him to work in one’s life.

Covenant Eyes provides a solid feedback environment to trusted partners in peoples' fight against internet pornography use. The value is not so much in the web filter, which can be circumvented with sustained effort, but the trusted advisor notification which will ping your accountability partners even when you have used back-door browsers to view porn. It will notify that your "safe" browser has been inactive, prompting the conversation.

Bothe the "safe" browser and the inactive notification have deterred me from headlong dives into darkness and detrimental effects. Though imperfect, CE provides me the protection amd accountability I need to walk my faith out.

Covenant Eyes has been a huge help in keeping me accountable online. The app works well and really makes a difference when it comes to staying focused and living with integrity. Their customer service is also top-notch—friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to help. I’m really thankful for this tool and the team behind it.
