We needed a safety box for some items and the staff gave us choices of boxes to choose from.

Very easy process to set up and very competitive prices for the 1yr up to 5 years subscription and the Staff were not pushy in terms of attempting to force a larger box when we didn't need it and focused solely on our direct needs.

The site is very secure with enhanced security checks at each stage and entrance and they have private viewing rooms when you need to visit and open the box and handle any business.

I have been an active customer for since 2022 and cannot fault this company and the staff.

I Needed a box urgently, and both staff members were extremely helpful, from initial telephone call and arranging an appointment to sign up.

Great service, I have been a customer for over 3years now. I love the fact that I don’t need to make an appointment to access my box. The security is top notch and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

Poor service

Not happy with service at all. Company was good to begin with but then became unresponsive.

The box charges are extensive and the
Quotes for valuations are robbery.

I think for me it was more the level of safety that has implemented by Coventry safety deposit centre giving me good peace of mind that my mother gold jewellery was well looked after. Also the option of insuring the jewellery.
Mum liked the ease of access especially with her using a walker as well as a room to sit in and go through the contents of her box when she needed to take things out.
