Recommended and got an extra discount from YouTuber, "The Officer Tatum". This is so easy to set up. They sent me a video for set up that was easy to follow. I just set it up today and already loving it! The only thing I had a hard time figuring out is how to get the cold/ hot water as it is not very specific in the manual but I sent am email and got an instant response! First day using it and I'm already very impressed!

We purchased the Cove Pure and loved it from the moment I plugged it in. What a difference it made in the taste of coffee, tea, and just plain water. We had a warranty issue about 3 months in, and they responded quickly and professionally and resolved it immediately. Great company and great water purifier. It’s now the most used appliance in our house!

I learned about CovePure from the Fleccas Talks podcast (The best news podcast OF ALL TIME!) and while I waffled about the purchase, CovePure emailed me an additional incentive. So I purchased the CP-16. They sent frequent updates and the unit arrived quickly. I contacted customer service about a minor issue (not their fault) and their responsiveness was phenomenal.
I can’t remember the last time I was this enthused about an online purchase and I’m very pleased to support CovePure.

Simple to operate. My 5 yr old son now knows how to use it to get water for himself and there’s no mess! I also like that they thought about child safety in their design with the hot water lock so kids cannot accidentally burn themselves with the hot water.

10/1/2025: Follow up to my previous post from 9/29/25.
Cove Pure reached out to me for a review of my issues from my CP-16 unit. After discussions and performing a number of steps to insure it was not pilot error, it was decided to move it up to management for review. I was thoroughly impressed with the Cove Pure Support Team, especially Gale, the team member who called me. I have revised my rate experience to a Five Star Rating. Thank you Cove Pure Support for your quick response and evaluation.

My unit quit working on me several days ago. After a normal maintenance of cleaning out the water tank and refilling with distilled water, it went into a continuing cooling process mode non stop resulting in fan motor running hot. Unplugged several times trying to restart machine to no avail. On a good note, what little time I've had this machine I have really enjoyed the taste of the water and the fact that I can get cold or hot water on an instant.
Reason for the low rating is customer service. Have sent numerous messages request for assistance and requesting a new replacement unit. No response. I am aware of the weekend and customer service not available, but now it has been two weekdays and still no response. The price of the machine is expensive and would think customer service would be better.
I advise anyone thinking of purchasing a Cove Pure CP-16 unit to think twice.

Bought this specifically for the cold water we end up not using it because 8oz glass of default temp cold water turns on the fan for more than 30 minutes which is quite loud. My wife actually wants it out of the kitchen.
Placed the order a week before I left for a long vacation and ended up using it for the first time past the 30 days return policy. I wish I knew the cooling fan was so loud. I'd return it if I could but got stuck with it

I bought this Cove-Pure CP -16
It’s advertised as plug & play 2 minutes. After all what do you have to do? Install 2 filters & fill up water reservoir & plug it in..
Well I plugged it in & it doesn’t go to next step .. FLUSH.. It just says Change H2O… WHY? I just filled it.. So I dump it out refill it… Same ERROR MESSAGE..Mind you I’m spilling water ..So after 2 hours I give up. . I look for customer service.. Where’s the phone number? THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER.. Email them .. They answer eventually after 3 emails.. I say I’m getting ERROR MESSAGE.. They say unplug it. I unplug it and plug it back in.. NOTHING ..Change H2O..
They say check the float.. Huh? Yeah the water float.. It won’t work w/o it .. looks ok to me.. Only one way to install it ..Undo it redo it Try again

Update:
Well after all this -Cove Pure Customer Service reached out. & offered a new unit which now works..
Although using the buttons required some work.. It does work after all..

The customer care during order / shipping was outstanding. The product arrived a little late but that was due to my location. Covepure went out of their way in shipping the unit and when it arrived, it was very easy to set up and get it running. Now we are drinking clean, pure water minus all of the stuff that comes with drinking tap water.

The machine produces excellent quality good tasting water for sure.
Customer service is superb too. I had an issue with my machine after 4months due to I was not correctly refilling the tank. To make a long story short, customer service arranged a replacement. Happy ever since…

Great customer service. I got a phone call in response to my email asking a question. This was needed. This was a real person who knew how to think, and understood all about the CovePure system. There was no script that she was reading from. I would give an A+ if that was possible. The look and size of the system is good. I've been using it for a few days now. I hope I can give another review once I've had it longer.

I use the Cove Pure unit for all my drinking and cooking water needs. I love that you have a variety of water temperature choices, cool, normal, warm and hot, plus the convenience of quickly choosing a custom fluid amount for your cup size. I drink hot tea and hot chocolate, plus cold water for my summer beverages, and it's all possible with this simple to use unit. I really appreciate the reverse osmosis purity, especially with today's concern over pure drinking water.

Last January (2025), my family and I purchased the Cove Pure CP-16 for our daily drinking water needs. To say we thoroughly enjoyed our CP-16 and the water it provided would be an understatement! I did lots of research before pulling the trigger. Not only is this the best looking countertop RO filter IMO, their lab results are also impressive. My only complaint is that I need to refill this every few days, wish I could run a line to the machine to avoid the hassle

I'm really pleased with my CovePure machine. Our tap water used to have an unpleasant chlorine smell and taste, but since I started using this machine, it's completely gone. Even my dogs enjoy drinking the water now!
I will definitely be a lifelong customer. :)
