The agent was thorough. She gave me quotes from three different companies for just liability and then for all the coverages available. She answered my questions about how much my monthly payment fee was going to be. That helped me decide that I wanted to pay the six month premium right away, saving me $67. I had already been doing quote comparisons for the past few days, so I knew what to look for, and I knew what questions to ask. Some were things other customers had never asked about, so we both learned some important options that differ among various companies. There was an item not offered by the company I finally chose that I never use anyway, so I was happy to settle for saving money instead. So, of course different things are important to different people, so it's a great advantage to have someone on the line who will make sure the transaction gets completed. I had spent days dealing with the website freezing up or my inability to go back to a page where I could see what I was getting and add more coverage if necessary. It was really frustrating, and time-consuming trying to do everything online. The agents voice put me at ease and I felt I could trust her to do the job quickly, efficiently, and correctly, because I just purchased a vehicle and have to get temporary registraon so I can drive it home to another state for an appointment tomorrow. I was very satisfied to find a company I had never heard of that gave me coverages I could afford on a fixed income, as I recently retired. So, I never imagined getting such excellent help to do an item of business that shouldn't have been that complicated, but maybe I'm not that tech savvy at almost 70!
