They didn’t mention anything about 100 service change when I took the policy and made the payment over the phone only noticed it when they send the documents

Insulting response to a customer!!!??
Following your response to my review, it is not our problem Reserve company how working. We get insurance from your company and in our insurance is your company name. They are working for you as a third party so it is your responsibility to answer. Third party who I had accident was illegally driving and she was wearing slippers while she driving. She was out of control her car. She hit my car from back but they said I was on fault. It’s like someone drunk and driving without fault.

While they work on behalf of the insurer, they are a separate company from us, which is why claim decisions — including liability — are made by them rather than directly by us.
