I have called 4 times in the last 2 days trying to get hold of a manager. This is not a Uk company it is a call centre in the Philippines that pose as a Uk company. They will reply to this comment but will not help when I contact them. Save yourself money & time & avoid this company!!

The company had quite a few questions to ask me to make sure their product would be right. I supplied the information and we had a conversation to agree everything was right. We are very pleased with the speed and quality of our new covers.

Company gives false delivery dates, when you contact them by phone they give another date .I am on my third date and looks like that won’t be met. They don’t reply to emails . But if they reply to this feedback asking me to email them, then be aware I already have twice with no reply.
I ordered from them a couple of years ago with no issues. So I am not sure what has changed,
The annoying thing is their website is still advertising delivery dates that they obviously cannot meet.

Wrong item delivered. The Size of parasol cover beared no resemblance to the measurements supplied or to the agreed upon drawing of proposed cover. Tried to explain during chat function, got cut off. They did however respond with an email. Explained in the reply what the issue was, included photographs and pdf document of proposed design of the parasol. That was on the 28th May, I've heard nothing since. Just been on the phone to them and got cut off again.

AWFUL! please avoid.
this company are not even based in the UK. customer services will not get back to you, held my money/product for weeks with no communication, despite constant calling and emails. In the end I managed to get money back through paypal.

Repeating the same story (unfortunately) regarding unexplained delays, misleading chat communications and poor service levels.
Original target shipment date was May 18th (order placed circa 10 days earlier & paid in full)..
Chased on multiple occasions & was assured (on 21st May), we’d receive our new sun sail / shade in time for our daughter’s birthday party (28th May)… nothing … chased again - still ‘in production’ (as at 2nd June) .. we feel we’re being mislead at every communication point …
.. No idea how good these products are .. but their customer service capabilities and expectation management need sorting out - it’s comical (during our last ‘chat’, it was implied that delays were due to our questioning new timelines & production had been placed ‘on hold’ until we approved their revised dates ! all stories seem fabricated and deliberately spun to buy yet more time)…
We remain hopeful that our shade will arrive before summer ends…

Update - 10th June :
Received product today .. it’s well made & fits the space (although I’d question its’ likeness to the materials shown in their sales photos .. feels like the ground sheet of a tent)..

A 10% refund was given in light of delays etc. which was a nice touch.

A real shame we haven’t resort to posting complaints to eventually receive a basic level of service which (in years past) was the default ‘expected service provision’ for most purchases ..

If I had my time again, likely wouldn’t have purchased this item … the time (& material of product received) wasn’t really worth the trouble.

Not happy with this company. They look like they are UK based but they are not. I never received a confirmation email, I'm unable to access my account. I have emailed twice and had no help. They told me to get an access code sent to me email to get on my account even though I had already told them I'm not receiving the code. Told the delivery would be today but it looks like it will be Wednesday. Customer service is shocking. I'm not holding much hope for if/when the product finally does arrive

Useless customer services .Mark Allen is obviously blind when he cant even tell left from right . Spent £450 on blinds from this company and have recieved zero help to give me the correct windng side . Thanks for nothing .AVOID

AVOID - VERY UNRELIABLE ON DELIVERY. This used to be a great company. I have used them many times. But something has changed and they can no longer deliver orders to the UK. Their website is full of false advertising say they will deliver in a few days. It is actually months. Every time I chase for an update, the shipping date moves out by 2 weeks. Seems they have been told to keep on lying to the customer and keep them on the hook with another 2 week promise. AVOID!!

Order arrived 3 weeks late and left on the doorstep by the courier,
No fitting instructions included and nothing on the website to help.

Covers were supposed to be delivered on 22 May. No update or explanation from company for the delay in delivery. I’m still waiting for a response from the online chat on their website. Communication and delivery service extremely poor. Do not order from this company.

Absolutely awful you will not receive your order. Was due my pergola sides on the 15.05.26 didn't receive them rang 5 times and told they are in production and will be shipped today. Then received a email today saying its out of stock. So ring and ask why I was told it would be shipped today and in production on 5 different occasions. Please do not waste your time or money. Then when I asked to cancel the order was told I will have to wait again for a cancellation team member to ring me. Luckily I've logged and recorded all the calls. They aren't a uk company and promise false delivery time or in my case don't deliver at all. Also color i chose is still available on there website. Will be contacting trading standards awful service

I had an awkward shape outside chair. The design team went to a lot of trouble on the measurements to get it exactly right. It arrived two days ago on the delivery date they said and it fits perfectly. I’m over the moon with it and at a very reasonable price I can’t thank them enough and recommend them to anyone that wants a custom-made product.

From the moment I ordered the whole process was excellent. They were prompt in answering my emails and the communication was great. My covers arrived today and I am thrilled! They are such good quality - far better that what came with the chairs. They are exactly what I wanted. 5 stars all the way, would definitely recommend and use again

Best avoided . I ordered some car seat covers almost 6 weeks ago and havent recieved delivery . I have rang and chased them on several occasions with promises of delivery and calls back , none of which materialised .
Think very carefully before dealing with this business

Dealing with this company a nightmare. Very late delivery. Covers not made to the size I ordered even taking into consideration the allowance they advise of. I seem to have totally wasted the £200 I spent on them
They are not lightweight either but I can say well made

Unable to source ready-made cover so ordered bespoke cover. Took a couple of days longer than forecast but worth the wait. Cover fits very well and choice of colour blends in well. I ordered the best quality material and the quality seems very good.
