Went to Chery dealership Southport yesterday with a view to looking at a Tiggo 9 ( with a view to purchase).
Went into showroom and there was a least 4 members of staff, 2 sat at a desk and 2 stood , other staff in a nearby office.
When there was a gap in their conversation we asked if someone could unlock the Tiggo 9 outside the showroom, we were told,”Yes someone will be with you in a minute” , so we went outside to have another look at the car.
After approx 10 minutes we went back in the showroom only to find the staff still all deep in conversation, at this point another customer was also trying to get attention.
We waited for a few more minutes, totally ignored and then left.
I have no intention of forcing my custom on a company that won’t even show me a car that I “was” extremely interested in!,

I bought a vehicle from lancaster VW in October 2025. After a few months it developed a minor fault. Searching forums I discovered it was a micro switch in the door lock. It went in under warranty and I advised them of my findings. They told me it was fixed after a week. When I picked it up it wasn’t fixed so I pointed this out. The service advisor was rude and despite being advised several times mispronounced my name then did the same with my wife. She did not apologise and made a quick exit from the showroom when I returned. The car was in for another week and was fixed. A few months later the rear parking sensors went faulty and the EML came on. It went in again for a week and was “fixed”. A day later the rear parking sensors were still faulty. I complained and they arranged to pick it up whilst I was away and fix the problem. On the Friday they emailed me to say they had fixed it and wanted to keep it over the weekend to “test”. Whilst on holiday I tracked my car via an AirTag to find it had gone from the garage in Morecambe to Preesall which is a few miles from were I live. On Saturday it made a trip to Bury then back to Preesall (approx 100 motorway miles). On Monday morning it made the trip back to Morecambe. I emailed and eventually the service manager rang me. The technician had taken it home then used it to take his CBT in Bury!! At no point did I give permission to my vehicle being used in this way and questioned why a reversing fault was being tested going forward on a motorway. He had no answer. I also asked why the car was taken to Morecambe on Monday morning and not the shorter journey to my home address. I had an apology and fuel put in but left feeling let down and very disappointed. I urge anyone to avoid Lancaster VW and the Cox motor group as they feel it ok to use customers cars at weekends for personal use whilst not being at work. I’m assured the insurance do cover this but not convinced. Poor service, I regret buying from them altogether. The car did more miles that weekend than I do in a fortnight. Please note names of service advisor and technician have been removed at the request of Cox motor group and to comply with Trust Pilot guidelines.

Tried to return a phone a phone call to Charlotte a single parent re servicing my car at The Blackpool branch but she would no longer return a call.
Well at least she was good on the coffee machine not so returning calls,I tried. 3 times.Honda Wigan here I come.

I originally left a positive review because my experience during the purchase was good. Csilla and her manager, Mike, were both helpful and responsive at that stage.

Unfortunately, my experience changed completely after the sale. Once the purchase was completed and my review had been posted, it became very difficult to get in touch with them. My calls and messages have gone unanswered, and they have not acknowledged my attempts to contact them.

I wanted to update my review to reflect my full experience and to warn others that the level of customer service after the sale has been very disappointing. Good customer service shouldn't end once the purchase is complete.

Suzanne and Taylor were so welcoming and helpful, made everything so easy and everything was so quick and ran smoothly. Taylor helped me part ex my car for an upgrade and found the exact car I wanted the first time I visited, explained everything to me so well and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely recommend Taylor as he knows what he’s talking about and talks you through all the processes. Suzanne was so helpful helped me change everything over and even helped me retain my plate off my car and went above and beyond to make sure everything fit in to my lunch break. Suzanne helped me set up all the features and the app and showed me how to use it. Couldn’t fault the service off either of them, wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a car. Customer service was 10/10

The Salesperson that I saw was called Csilla llyes she was very welcoming and fully understood my needs and requirements while searching for a Car to suit.

Smooth process from start to finish. In house care was second to none

Elliot and the team were very friendly, professional, and kept to the agreed schedule when delivering the car. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I was very pleased with the service.

We recently bought a Chery Tiggo 7 from Cox motor group in Kendal. We dealt with Elliott Cook, who was friendly, helpful and informative throughout. Elliott made a video of the car explaining all the features available. We couldn't fault our experience from enquiring to driving away

The salesman I dealt with was Nick, a nice guy who explained everything that would happen and apart from a very small delay which was nobodies fault it went very smoothly.
This is second time I have bought from Blackpool Honda and I can only say that all the staff I came into contact with were great.
Can I also say that service side of the business are great to deal with.

Mark explained in detail everything about the new car and promised to help with any future problems or questions. Very helpful

This was my first purchase at Honda Blackpool and I experienced excellent customer service and I now see why they came recommended.
Joe was very knowledgeable and professional and he supported me throughout by arranging two test drives as I upgraded to a larger model in the process. Joe was really helpful, patient, polite and respectful throughout and he went out of his way to assist, particularly in seeking value for money where possible. There was no pressure or hard sell and he kept in touch during the whole process.
I found the Honda UK on line systems rather tricky and Joe went out of his way to assist.
All the sales staff, including Jay, were welcoming every time I visited the salesroom, creating a positive atmosphere and experience.
