The couch was totally different then the one I sat on in the store - I had a friend who told me the same thing - sort of a bait and switch. If it was easier I would have sent it back - but to keep the boxes and go through the hassle - I will just live with it. But it is not the same feel, quality and comfort the showroom had.
Not as comfortable as I would have liked. But the size fits our small space

Hello Sandra,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're happy to hear that the Orian sofa fits nicely into your space, and we appreciate you sharing your thoughts on its comfort.
Our Orian collection is designed with a medium-firm feel, offering a more structured seating experience to support its built-in pull-out sleeper mechanism. For added comfort when using it as a bed, we also offer a Sleep Kit specifically designed to fit the Orian sleeper, featuring a mattress pad with additional cushioning to create a softer, more comfortable sleeping surface.
We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us better understand our customers' experiences and identify opportunities to continue enhancing our products.
Everything is perfect but I did try and sleep in the pop out bed myself and there is a bit of a rise in the mattress pilliow part in the middle so to sleep not as comfortable. I put on a mattress foam over and its seems to be fine. But overall, all good. This fold out bed will not be used very much...maybe 5 times in a year.
