I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the lack of response to my emails, the failure to issue the promised refund, and the overall poor quality of your products.

Despite multiple attempts to reach you via email, I have received no acknowledgment or reply. This lack of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable.

My follow-up emails have also gone unanswered.
There has been no indication of a ticket or case number being opened for my
You promised a refund, but I have yet to receive it. The delay and lack of transparency are untenable.
Please confirm the exact amount, the refund method, and the expected processing time.

I originally bought the cooling shorts…

I originally bought the cooling shorts and they were AMAZING, so I decided to try the Jelly Bra as well. Both are honestly great. The cooling shorts don’t ride up at all, and the Jelly Bra smooths everything nicely. You can tell they actually thought about the fit. Very happy with my purchase.

Super happy

Super happy. Ordered on Monday and it arrived in Pretoria in 3 days which I didn’t expect at all. The 2-piece set fits properly and doesn’t give that bulky look. Also very comfortable around the tummy. The packaging was cute too.

You left this review while I am busy helping you. but needless to say, you were offered a return and a refund, no money lost, also the courier is on our cost. The "jelly technology" as described on all our ads, are jelly strips under the bra cup, it just replaces the wire. It is not filled with jelly, we have never claimed it to be. You orderded on the 30th of March, a Monday, so the order will be fulfilled on the Tuesday morning, that would be 2 days, it will be in the couriers possession, and then it was Easter Weekend, all warehouses and couriers closed, until Tuesday, you waited 3 days for your delivery, not a week. As our webpage clearly says 3-5 WORKING days. Please respond to the emails sent to you before this review was made

I am always nervous ordering online but…

I am always nervous ordering online but decided to give Cozie SA a try! I really needed comfy bra's and they delivered. I received my order 2 days after ordering. The bra's a soft and feel like you have nothing on! I would like the straps to be slightly thicker and to be detachable in order to cross over at the back. Love the colours and exciting to receive more!

Parcel arrived faster than expected. The Jelly Bra is incredibly comfortable and still gives great support, which I struggled to find with other brands. Everything was neatly packaged, and the jelly bra is super high quality.

Service????

I ordered two bra's in November. First the items was late and I only received it in January. But it was the wrong size and colour. After numerous attempts I received an response from them. Apparently they do not have a contact number for customer care, only email. We arranged that the wrong items will be picked up. After another couple of attempts, I was contacted by a lady, telling me that they will send the correct items. Thank you to that lady for sorting out the problem.
So I received my parcel 17 March 2026. Four months after I ordered it. However, the items and the adverts does not look the same. On the picture it shows a nice size strap size, but the once that I received has thin (1cm) straps that eat into your shoulders. But I eventually received it. I will definitely not order from them again.

I bought the Jelly bra hoping it would be comfortable, but the support honestly suprised me. It lifts properly without that tight underwire feeling. Wore it all day and did't feel the need to adjust once. Delivery to Centurion was quick - took about 2 days. Overall VERY happy!

What an absolute scam!!

What an absolute scam!!! I bought 2 bras for almost R900. Not cheap! What was delivered was poorly made absolutely shoddy bras that were not the same size even though i ordered the same size and the tags were the same size. I immediately emailed my complaint to them. Because I had tried the one on they wouldn't allow me to return it but the same day they collected the other with a promise of a refund. Over a month later and I still have not received my refund!!! A thousand excuses and still no refund! They are thiefs! Absolutely terrible product. Absolutely terrible service! I only wish I saw all the reviews before I bought! They should be reported and fined for their thievery and false advertising!!!!

But your refund was paid on the 17th of February?? I have all the email correspondence and the proof of payment. Companies are also protected against slander, specially if you received your refund and claiming thievery from our side, we are a legit company that is extremely busy, we might take a while to get through all the orders and requests but ultimately it is done.
