SCAM!! Avoid. They do not honor their return policy. First of all I ordered 12 towels and they only sent me 8 and after going back-and-forth with them several times on email, they will not honor the fact that they did not send me these towels. They claimed that they have proof that they sent all of the towels, but they would not provide me with any type of proof. Shady. So then I tried to file to return the towels that I did receive, and it says “these are in eligible for return.” I’m totally within the time. To return, their policy states that you can return towels even after they’ve been used which these have not, and they said nothing about being final sale when I purchased them.
This was my first purchase with Cozy Earth, and unfortunately it left a very disappointing impression. I ordered a $700+ bedding bundle but received the wrong sheet set. Although customer service was polite, I was required to return the incorrect item and wait an additional two weeks for the correct one, with no goodwill credit or accommodation offered for their mistake. For a brand positioned as premium, I expected a smoother and more customer-focused resolution. The product may be high quality, but the service did not match the price or reputation.

Worse Company Ever !! Three sets of sheets and each set pilled awful!! They try to suck you in with warranty and tell you to discard sheets! After 3 times I wanted my money back I washed sheets donated two sets and sent set back for refund still waiting two weeks later ! Do yourself a favor if do order anything, Correspond through email for proof because they all tell you different things on phone and most I spoke to were Rude!! I have cotton sheets that I can’t use but were my daughters from College!! 10 years and no Pills !! Again do you’re own research but be ware !!

STAY AWAY! I ordered a king sheet set with 2 extra pillow cases December 2025 for over $325. When I received the product one of the pillow cases had a giant hole. I filled out the claim online and sent back the pillow case as instructed. It took over 8 weeks and me having to follow up twice to finally have the replacement shipped. Once received I inspected for holes and it looked good so threw out the packaging. Few weeks later and I’m noticing the new pillow cases are a very different shade of gray. I sent in pictures to customer service and they asked for pictures of the packaging which I clearly don’t have. Then they told me they couldn’t do anything for me but that they’re here for me (LOL okkkk…) so I paid for a product, received a damaged product only to be replaced with an incorrect replacement and I’m just supposed to accept that?! Stay away and purchase quality sheets from anywhere else!

You pay $300 for sheets with a warranty. The sheets ripped on the corners once and piled twice. That’s it. No more sheets because they only do three replacements over the ten years. EVEN THOUGH you follow directions. So disappointed. I will NEVER buy again and have unsubscribed to them. Oprah would likely remove her support should she know this.

Solution was reached, but I cannot say I am overly pleased with the amount of work it took for a below average resolution. The only joy I have in this situation is that I can put this behind me. I had stained items delivered to me and had to wash the stains myself, that was the solution. Basically got a used blanket at full price. It’s a nice blanket, but I’m still fairly pissed. If this hadn’t taken over a week to resolve and if I were not crippled at the moment (which they made sure to leverage against me by refusing to offer pickup for a return, and forcing my hand by requiring a drop off when they offer otherwise pickups) I would have fought harder for a more just outcome, but I was worn down by their aloof and uncaring associates. Not a good company, do not buy from here!

If you file a warranty claim be prepared to get the run around. Six weeks after filing a claim and following their instructions, I heard nothing. I called and after much discussion a gift card was issued to resolve the issue. I assumed the matter was closed. The card was deactivated without me being notified. 3 months have passed. I called they said the person wasn't authorized to give me credit. The item is back in stock we'll see if approved. After a long phone call, they agreed to send the item. If you're accustomed to shopping with luxury stores and expecting luxury customer service, you won't get it here. And for the price that's unacceptable.

Their products are inferior and overpriced. $350 for a set of sheets that pilled within a few weeks. Customer service for this company is a scam. They will make you bleed before they refund you your money. Good luck when you try to return! Their customer service reps are useless and difficult to understand. I will tell everyone I know and even strangers, not to do business with Cozy Earth.

Sheets are very soft, but my fitted sheet ripped within a few months. When I asked to file a warranty claim, I was told the sheet was out of stock, and when it came back in stock to let them know so they could get me a new one. Why is it my job to monitor their stock and let them know when it is available? I was told I would not have to refill out the warranty claim once the item was in stock. Today I saw the item was back in stock, did their job for them and emailed to say it was available, can we please continue my warranty claim. The response? Please fill out the warranty claim form. I already did this, and I was told I wouldn't have to do it again. With customer service like this, despite the nice feel of the sheets, I won't be ordering again.

I purchased the Cozy Earth sheets, it was a $2,000 purchase, bamboo, ethical and organic. The products arrived with all made in China tags, I sent messages to Cozy Earth about factory provenance, worried about factory work place practices and environmental effects. No response from Cozy Earth.

I ordered a large set of towels directly from cozyearth.com - they look GORGEOUS online and the reviews there are solid. The color appeared to be frost blue...what I got was GRAY. Full-up gray. VERY disappointing, plus they add extra fees to the refund so I didn't get the full amount back that I paid. I would not recommend basing any order on the colors that appear online. They felt luxurious out of the box but have no knowledge on how they perform since I sent them back for a refund right away. So disappointed.
