You shipping charges are outrageous. $40 to ship a couple of aluminum drip pans. Really?

Great customer service, good communication, trustworthy.

I recently purchased a Drolet Fireplace from Cozy Glow Stoves and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive. We ran into some delivery issues that were completely out of their control, but the team jumped in immediately to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible. I was truly impressed by their promptness and their willingness to assist even though the fault wasn't theirs.

Because I was so impressed with the service, I’ve already gone back to buy a screen, glass cleaner, and other accessories. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about its customers and stands by its products, this is the one. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Installer and associated Comfortbilt dealer were prompt on the installation (even during cold snowy weather).

I could not get the actual dementions of the products I wanted as the manufacturer only said it fits with their pipe. When I got it it was for 5" pipe and not 4" like I needed but I made it work. The sales person was wonderful and said if I could.not get it to work they would return it and waive the restocking fee. I said that need to find a new supplier going ñforward. It took over a month to get the parts I ordered

The whole process was great the sales person knew the product but I guess they don't have real time inventory numbers because we got a message a week later telling us the stove was back ordered at least we got it sooner then they estimated

Jacob at CozyGlow stoves was amazing to deal with. We had been looking for a pellet stove insert for about a year. We contacted CozyGlow stoves and Jacob was able to get us exactly what we wanted. After we had the stove installed I hit a wrong button😂 and the flames weren’t as I thought they should be. I called Jacob and he immediately walked me thru my issue. This company is dependable, honest and reliable. We can’t say enough good things about them.

There was good communication about when our stove was to be delivered. We were called before the payment was run to confirm the delivery date is okay. It did arrive after Thanksgiving, but I believe they did the best they could.

The first person I talked to was out on his lunch hour, but still took time to help me. After placing my order, the man that was filling the order called me and suggested that I had possibly ordered the wrong piece. The one he suggested fit perfectly. Customer service and knowledge of product gets 5 stars from me. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful in picking the right parts for my Napoleon grill(s). Explained the expected delay in shipping before I placed my order, and gave me an honest estimate of when it would arrive.

Their info was accurate and my order of 3 different items was packed very well and shipped via FedEx.

Very Helpful and Knowledgeable with Wood Stoves and Systems. They sold me the Micore 300 Insulation for my stove pad. It turned out nicely and I had a good experience with them.
