Very polite though out from sale to install would highly recommend

In a word EXCELLENT, the two fitters that laid it did a brilliant job in such a confined space that they had to go through to access the loft and lay the insulation. They did a really good job in removing all the old insulation, I also got a follow up call which I thought was an extremely good gesture in this day and age,

Having used cozy homes before I had no regrets about using them again, the workman (Shane ) was polite and courteous tidy when finishing ,
On my experience I would recommend would recommend this company.

From an initial cold call I agreed to the free survey. After agreeing to have my roof insulated and paying a deposit I was assured an email would follow confirming the work to be carried out, This did not happen and after a few phone calls Cosy Homes admitted they had used the wrong email address. When the email arrived it was short on details of the work planned and just wanted a my signature on the contract.
The installation crew were 2 hours late arriving but after a quick inspection queried my understanding of the work involved. After a phone call to head office a route ahead was decided. To quote from another review this seems to be a common thread, i.e. "There was an issue with exactly what the work entailed as I had been told one thing at the survey stage & then something different by the actual fitters but this was clarified by a call from Head Office."
The two fitters Dan and Jason could not be faulted. They were helpful, polite and explained each step of the work.
There appears to be a mismatch between what the survey people are advising and what the installers think is required. I am not sure who has the most experience but the result was a reduction in the work carried out and my bill. Thanks Dan and Jason.

Initially I was a bit wary as I received a cold call offering a free survey of my existing loft insulation. But I went ahead & was then offered a date to do the work required 5 days later. The team that arrived, Brendan, James & Andy were utterly brilliant. Very friendly, genuine, extremely polite, patient & efficient, couldn’t fault them & the work they did. There was an issue with exactly what the work entailed as I had been told one thing at the survey stage & then something different by the actual fitters (not their fault) but this was clarified by a call from Head Office. It would also have been reassuring to have had email confirmations of the initial survey date & time & the date & time the fitters were due to arrive, as I had to call the Company to clarify this. I also sent an email which bounced back. However, overall I can’t fault the actual work & the attitude of the fitters. Thank you!

Had insulation done in my roof a while ago and very pleased with the results. Only took a star off because the installers got stuck in traffic on the way but i think cozy home solutions is a great company and id recommend them to friends in the future.

The initial visit to quote was very informative, explained which types would and would not be suitable and why, checked existing floor insulation and confirmed that wouldn't need any additional cover, there was no pushyness, and he gave a good deal. Appointment to install was booked in very soon after.
Installers were polite, worked quickly, tided up, and showed us the work checking we were happy with everything before they left. In the couple of months since installation we have noticed a definite improvement in the heat of certain rooms, and it's resolved a damp issue in the loft too. Very happy all round.

The initial product installed in my loft turned out not to be suitable due to the shallow pitch of the rafters. Rheanna from Customer Services was extremely helpful and kept me updated and informed throughout my experience. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

Signed up for insulation but changed my mind it long after. Took about 3 weeks to get a refund as I called the office 3 times to try and get my money back. I eventually shared my experience on trust pilot but the owner of the company called me and we had a chat. Nice chap, apologised for the inconvenience, problem was solved straight away and had my refund in under 30 minutes.

All seemed well to begin with....
We had been looking to get solar panels installed and after some research came across Cozy Homes. Made contact with the call centre and arranged a visit that week for a free survey.

Tony Morgan their rep attended our property and went through all the options and details of the products and promised to send us a quote over within the next couple of days.
While Tony was at our property the way in which they try to "sell" their product is by slagging off their competitors which is not something i am keen on as a buyer. Tony also forgot his laptop at our property which i think also shows the slap dash nature of the staff and business. Tony called me on whats app to arrange collecting the laptop which was all sorted.

To add insult to injury the quote has never been received. - i also sent Tony a whats-app to ask him if he could send over the quote - no response!
A week later i then received an email from Darrell Law asking to book a survey to which i responded I already had the survey and was waiting on a quote.... no response!

Then another week later another email appeared from Darrell with a GDPR data breach where he had cc'd me in on a mass email to 266 other people on their data base to which I can only confirm based on the replies from others that this is not the first time there has been a data breach and people are not happy with Cozy Homes lack of service.

I will not be using Cozy Homes now or in the future!

Very impressed from quotation to fitting all complete within 48hours.. installers very polite respectful of the property everything left neat and tidy. All rubbish taken away the following day as promised.. kept informed at all times what was happening . Would recommend to others to us this company.

The workmen arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and a pleasure to be with. They worked extremely hard in a very full loft and spent the whole day completing their work. They tidied up and put everything back in the loft.

The guys who came to install my roof insulation great. They explained what they were going to do and got on with the job.
They were so polite and thoughtful which made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this company.

Very pleased with the installation, and the warmer house that resulted.
Installer was particularly good, especially as he had to move all the junk in my attic before starting, which he did cheerfully. Thank you.

All staff doing various jobs contributed to the feeling of being comfortable with the experience.
Even when their operatives had to leave the job part finished for personal reasons they rallied round and completed my loft insulation the next day.

Solutions were clearly explained by representative.
Once agreed to go ahead the installation date was within a few days.
Installation guys turned up on time and were helpful and courteous. Job was completed satisfactory in a short timescale.

Very quickly (within a week) work planned and done.
Pleasant people to work with.

Where do I even start this company is absolutely amazing I had some concerns at first and they put my mind at ease from the beginning all the way to the end I would highly recommend

They were very helpful and tidy, but it would have been better if they finished the hole of job instead of leaving part of the loft
If they would not leave a incomplete loft why do I have no foam in the loft space above the room

As you asked I have still not got the one bedroom uninsulated, will there be a a return visit to complete rhe job that I paid in full for
