Scammers,take the payment but don't send the goods.

jumper was not cashmere and also way to short in the body then the picture advertised. it was not wearable, asked to return the item and was told i could have a 10% refund (the jumper cost £40) and they said to give the jumper to someone in my family. absolute joke DO NOT BUY FROM THE RETAILER

Quality not as advertised. Said cashmere butt labelled acrylic. Shirt was too long in arms and too tight in body. Cheap poor material. However marketing is very convincing until you read the reviews here. Congrats to the person who got a full refund. All I'm getting is convoluted message requiring pics but having sent them get same message back. Also delivery too longer than expected. Overall cheap(but expensive) Chinese crap to avoid.

I purchased what was supposed to be a stone sculpture of a cat head. When it arrived it was not stone, it was inferior quality and not as described. I have tried contacting the company 3 times and have not even had an acknowledgment. This is a terrible service and I suppose a scam

Paypal condoned scam
Check the paypal returns support ....it virtually tells the scammer how to avoid returns. 1.The product sent is not comparable to the item purchased. 2.Various Companies involved mostly in China. 3. The product sent is rubbish and you must pay return cost. 4.Return address is not correct anyway. This CozyUK outfit is so obviously an information collection outfit for scammers why on earth are Paypal condoning their operation. How can Paypal take money from my a/c when I do not have an a/c open with them?

SCAM SCAM SCAM inferior quality, advertised as legitimate clothing but received nothing like the advertised picture of the product. NO chance of a return for refund, we have contacted them several times and are now being ignored. Absolutely dreadful, DO NOT USE THEM. My elderly father has lost £60. DISGUSTING LOT!

This is a scam company, items sent are not as described. Stay away from this website. Unfortunately too easy to be taken in. This is not a UK company and should be closed down and prohibited from trading.

Sweatshirt described as 50% cashmere and 30% cotton. (Didn't mention the remaining 20%).
Arrived and it resembles the photo - but it's flimsy and the label says it's 95% polyester and 5% spandex. So it's falsely described.
I've just reported it thru' PayPal.

Absolutely rubbish bought a game from them took weeks to come and the head wraps aren’t small …

another crapy company selling things that look nothing like the pics wouldn't wear near a flame and you wont get refunded unless you take a flight out to find them yourself

I have given them a 1 but if I could it would be -10 ordered my item nearly 3 months ago but still no received it same reply everytime I contact them

I paid in advance for a jacket I received NOTHING.

I got a full refund.
They should ensure their sizes are correct for the countries they are exporting to.
I would have been pleased with the leather jacket had it fitted but as I'd lost confidence in this company I wasn't prepared to trust them to supply the right size.
Things bought from the Chinese Shein site I have are fine.

There sizing is wrong, they make returning products impossible and quality is way below what it should be

do not buy its a scam - the items are not what they advertise its not cashmere its like a nylon - should not be allowed to trade in UK they pretend they are Italian they are from China

Oh dear I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I had no idea of the true location. They sent a prompt email saying I “had paid” (not useful as I was aware!) then nothing. Chasing up and no response. Now having read other experiences I could kick myself for falling again into the trap set by these dreadful companies.

I left a previous review about the supposed calf
skin blazer that turned out to be polyester and faux leather. I belatedly read several Trustpilot reviews about this Chinese company purporting to be UK based.

Like many others trying to get a refund was met with delay, obstruction and unfair terms and conditions UNTIL I decided to make a chargeback claim. The claim was by my bank against mastercard and my update is that it was successful. I have all the money including postage back.

If you want to help remove this unfair company from trading make a chargeback claim for misrepresentation and also contravening UK on line selling regulations - I assume eventually that Paypal will have nothing more to do with them.

They steal images from other ligit websites to pass off as their own and will probably send you a chinese crap copy in nylon lol!. I saw a yellow cashmere jumper on their website did some searching and also saw the same image on the Modesia website which is also a scam website so looks like multiple scam websites are using the same image.
