Fast and easy course, though I already knew most of the stuff there. Got my certification instantly and received it after two weeks by post. Just wish it had tracking :)

I have not received my certificates and it’s been a long time now. I was forced to pay for hardcopies, yet they never came.

Hi Ryan, thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry to hear your wallet card hasn't arrived — this is the first we're learning it didn't make it to you.
To clarify a few things for you and anyone reading: your certificate PDF was emailed to you immediately after you passed your exam on August 27, and it's also available to download anytime from your account dashboard at no cost. Your wallet card was mailed the following day to the address on file. We never charge for certificates or for reprints of cards lost in the mail.
Please reply to our team here (or email us directly) and we'll get a replacement wallet card in the mail right away, free of charge, and also confirm your mailing address is correct. We're happy to make this right.

I’ve been with them for many years
I’ve been with them for many years. Excellent customer service, website is easy to manage and take test , very affordable and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You receive your certificate in a timely manner directly to your email and mailed card shortly there after. I highly recommend their services.

Fast and Comprehensive
I liked all aspects of the CPR certification starting with an email reminding me that my certification was expiring. The videos are very good and informative of all aspects of CPR. I especially liked the aspect of hands on versus having the breathing apparatus and the AED close by when needed.

I'm a visual and hands on learner, which made seeing the videos helpful instead of a lot of reading. You receive the certificate immediately and the certificate in the mail therefore. I have now convinced my sister to take the course. The only area I would suggest for improvement is the email response.
