It was nothing like the reviews saying it ran just as good as the expensive Cheyenne and Bishop machines cause the larger needle cartridges cause it to drag get loud and stall out

Great machine, great price. I’ve been tattooing 16 years and have been using top industry brands priced 5 times the amount of the Lt. I’m really enjoying this machine, line work is running super smooth at 3.8 stroke, 8.6-8.9 for lining and packing. Since I haven’t used a 3.5 stroke in a few years it’s been fun shading with it. This adjustable stroke is amazing, it comes in a nice travel case that securely stores the machine, spare battery and more. The logo engraving is the icing on the cake.. also I had a really great experience as far as customer service goes, they’re extremely attentive to your needs if you have a question or need help with anything and they even sent me a little progress video of the actual engraving process which I thought was super cool and satisfying to watch.

Amazing customer service and cannot fault the product.

Started my order with entering the wrong address and almost immediately got a response back even though it was 1am EST. The gentleman was problem solving genius made sure to ask If I'd like to have something engraved on my new machine. ( I honestly declined) But got a cool little surprise in the box which they told me I'd be receiving for the mishap. Great company, quality tech and I couldn't have been more surprised and grateful for taking the chance after reading reviews like mine!!! Amazing work guys can't wait to get my next order delivered!!

The CPT Lt machine is soooo smooth. I used it for an entire weekend at a convention and it didn’t even break a sweat. I have 4 machines in my collection and I can definitely say, I’ll have more for sure.

I used the captain one machine, The customer service was 10/10 delivery was quick and friendly we loved the touch of the personal engraving they did too, build quality is good sturdy the machine is well made, the adjustable stroke is nice and doesn’t lose power through the strokes, this is one of the quietest machines I’ve used, was able to do bold lines and solid colour, a great machine and a great price

I purchased a 20×30 poster of my wife and I and it turned out pretty great. Though my wife feels that it makes us look older then we are. But we are just about 50. So it worked for me. It's a pretty great product.

Wow. What’s not to say about this company. Before I even bought a machine we were in a chat, he was asking questions and literally talked me out of the more expensive machine because he thought one would fit better for what I do. We had a shipping mishap and he was with me helping thru the whole ordeal. Easily the best customer service ive ever experienced. I feel like after it all, it was more than a purchase, I made a friend.

I did a Marine Corps tattoo on a gentleman’s upper back bold lettering all shot with a nine round shader number 12 and their new machine. I put a video together. I’m trying to figure out how to post it as well on here. It’s amazing. It took me about an hour to do the whole tattoo and when I post this video, you guys will see it’s it’s big this needles and the machine flow great I highly recommend this machine

The machine is a beast. I have the LT. I absolutely love this machine. I highly recommend it. This is my 15th machine that I’ve bought overtime and this is my favorite of all the brands that I have. I highly recommend getting this machine. And also the price you can’t beat It!!! comes with so much stuff the charger the wire a really nice case. I couldn’t be any happier.
