I subscribed to the Emma LeFebvre 12 month subscription box and am thoroughly enjoying the boxes and accompanying tutorials. The brushes are fabulous and the watercolors are good for a beginner like myself. The boxes themselves are gorgeous! While the shipping was at times lengthy and the outer packages were a few times roughed up during shipping, the boxes themselves arrived all in good shape. At the beginning of my subscription I had to contact customer service and they really went out of their way to help me. Great service!

Sarah Burns Box
I have received the first Sarah Burn's box and love it. The Shinhan gouache is a joy to use so creamy, easy to mix and rewet. The brushes that come with the box are just extremely pleasing to use. Everything was package very nicely in the box too. I look forward to receiving the second box soon. I am new to gouache and a self taught watercolorist.

Very happy!
I made several purchases through Craftamo and have been very pleased with the quality. I bought the Sarah Burns brush set, along with her subscription gouache box. I also have been getting Emma L's subscription box for the past 6 months, which is good, but Sarah's box makes me ecstatic!
Sarah is an incredible teacher and the quality of the paint (15 ml tubes and not the tiny 5 ml ones) is excellent. There were also a couple of cool accessories in the first box which are fun. Plus, I get more brushes suited for gouache, which takes the guess work out. Her lesson is worth the price along. The products are just a perk!
Emma L's subscription box has amazing accessories every month included with paint and 2 brushes, and the lesson. Both are very much worth the price.
I really commend Craftamo for making such a venture possible and hope to see more of this type in the future. In addition, I've had a few instances where I've needed to contact customer service and they have been very responsive and helpful.
If I have one criticism it is in how long the products take to get to me. But that is not their fault since we are on different continents. But hey, Craftamo, if you ever expand, those of us in the US would be extremely happy to see you here!

Craftamo brushes are high quality
Craftamo brushes are high quality, not to soft with just the right amount of snap to the bristles. The handles are large enough, in diameter, that my hands don't hurt when painting for hours. When you order from them they are quick to ship and everyone knows when an painter orders a new art supply they don't want to wait long to get it. Like a kid in a candy shop !

I purchased the Sarah Burns Studio Gouache Box and cannot praise it enough. The time and detail that went into this shows. The box artwork and print is beautiful. The brushes, paint and paper are quality. I like the consistency of the gouache it is not too stiff and moves well. Sarah's tutorial and teaching is phenomenal. She walks you through everything and gets you ready with practice before diving in. This box was a Christmas/Birthday gift to myself and I am so happy. Thanks Craftamo and Sarah for putting this together.

I've been dealing with Craftamo for a year now. Sometimes for individual items and also for a subscription box. Everything I've received was top-notch. The product packaging is of good quality, not flimsy! The mailing packaging is also very good. Most items come in multiple layers of packaging so the product received is in excellent condition. Also, Items are received quickly and without incident. I highly recommend this site and their products.
