Quality product and excellent customer service. I never received my first order. Craftamo sent me a follow up email to check on my order satisfaction and when they found out about the order they jumped on it, found the cause, and kept in touch with me until my replacement order arrived.

My first experience with Craftamo
This was my first experience with Craftamo. l ordered a set of Sarah Burns Studio brushes.
They arrived a bit later than expected but they seem to be good brushes. The handle gives a good feeling when holding it and I love its color. The bristles are in excellent condition and they seem to hold their shape well (l haven't tested them enough with my gouaches yet so I surely hope they'll stay like that for a long time). The box is lovely, I really like it. Unfortunately, it's also the reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5. It arrived slightly damaged and bent (mainly on the left side) giving a bittersweet feeling after all the wait.
But aside from that I'm quite happy about my new brushes!

I love the products they are worth the…
I love the products they are worth the price and the brushes are wonderful. The packaging is adorable and aside from 1 partially crushed box, has been ok. The delivery has not always been timely and arrived late on a couple of shipments. In May I finally had to ask for a tracking number. It did arrive eventually.

Emma’s brushes are poorly made
I first purchased Emma’s brushes. Had an issue with one brush and after much communicating, you finally replaced it. I then ordered the bambo set. Love them. Better than Emma’s. Maybe used hers a handful of times. Now, bristles are falling out from all her brushes and each one is loose. Your one time reply was tighten with pliers. Nice. And I only store my brushes with the bristles angled downward. POOR customer service. Won’t be supporting Craftamo again.

Regarding your recent purchase of the Bamboo Brush Set, we're delighted to hear that you love them! However, here in your review you mentioned that the bristles are falling out. I’m shocked to hear this, as our brushes are hand tied, cut & glue to prevent this from happening. I also want to reassure you that this is an isolated incident, and apologise for the inconvenience it has caused. Upon checking, we haven't received any details regarding this within the email you sent to us. We’ll follow up via email to resolve this matter.

These monthly boxes from Emma Jean contain everything needed for a complete learning experience. I've received one each month since January. Every month four new half pan watercolors provide opportunity to splash around in color theory creating a rainbow spectrum from just four colors. I bought some brushes from Craftamo, but one of the brushes (my favorite), snapped in half when I was doing dry brush. Craftamo responded quickly to my email and offered me a free replacement! Now that is TOP customer service! They carry quality brushes and I recommend everyone take a look!

They have good prices for quality supplies. One of my favorite watercolor artists has her brush line with them but they have other materials too. Keep in mind that the shipping can take time but that was communicated to me so I knew what expect.

I’ve been really impressed with my new brushes from Craftamo
I’ve been really impressed with the Sarah Burns brushes since I started using them about a month ago. They have kept their shape, with no shedding and are an absolute pleasure to work with for both my Watercolour and Gouache paintings. I paint every day so they are getting a workout. The set has proven to be very versatile for both Sarah’s tutorials and those of other artists that I follow. I would easily buy more brushes from Craftamo now I know I can trust they make quality brushes for the price. They arrived beautifully gift boxed and in perfect condition and the gorgeous Teal just happened to be my favourite colour. I appreciate that these brushes are cruelty free too. I own some more expensive professional brushes and can verify that the Craftamo ones are very well made, hold enough water and paint, are soft yet springy plus they feel comfortable in the hand, so I couldn’t be happier!
