I sold some silver coins today. I was happy with the price, but the service was really good. This jeweller also has quite an extensive range of jewellery and can hand craft items if you wish.

Stay far away from this organisation if you value your money and professionalism.
Paid for next day delivery, but apparently there was an issue with my shipping address. This was not brought to my attention until a whole day after I placed the order. I thought someone legitimate reached out to me, but then established that it was automated emails. Customer service is abysmal. They do not respond to your emails and listen to your grievances. By the time the order arrives, it was be beyond 1-2 days next day delivery - which I paid extra for. This is extremely unacceptable and ruined my plans. I should have shopped elsewhere, as I am certain I would have had a better experience - but it is my fault I trusted these guys. I asked to be reimbursed, but nobody has acknowledged my email. I will be taking matters further with my bank. Do not make the mistake I made, shop elsewhere !

We have used this wonderful local jewellers a few times now. My son wanted to be instrumental in designing an engagement ring for his girlfriend. Taylor and Mason took the time and their expertise to show him many different diamonds, shapes, sizes, quality and a whole lot of hours until he was completely satisfied that they together had designed the most stunning ring, for his special occasion. I have since gone on to have a tennis bracelet designed and made by them, and was overcome with emotion on the finished item. I have never seen such a beautiful bracelet, again so much time and effort from Taylor went in to this magnificent piece of jewellery. I can honestly say, I wouldn't go anywhere else now, they are honest, helpful, fabulous at their work, and also in the High Street, so very local. they also have a beautiful range of jewellery available in their shop at such reasonable prices. Love this Place.

Nice friendly jeweller's

Popped in one afternoon recently and was only intending on browsing, but left with a signet ring which I really love. Very knowledgable and could not have been more friendly.

I had a great experience with Crafted Jewellery. They were very knowledgeable and helped design my fiancé's engagement ring rather than design it for me.

I couldn't recommend Crafted Jewellery any higher, they are simply fantastic! I have had two pieces of jewellery repaired by them now and each one has been done perfectly and with great care. The first piece was a bracelet I have had for 20 years and the clasp broke - the repair was so flawless I could not tell that it wasn't the original. The second repair was a necklace of my daughter's which broke - I called Crafted Jewellery and despite still being closed for the Christmas break they were in the shop and said we could come in - we did, and the repair was carried out on the spot while we waited, and was again a perfect job. Thank you Crafted Jewellery, it's very comforting knowing that you're there!

I am so happy with Taylor & Mason for the beautiful rings they have designed for me. The rings belonged to my late mum and they have altered and redesigned them so that I can now wear them.

Craftedjewellery is a lovely welcoming little jewellery shop in Kings Langley high Street. I was greeted by Mason who couldn’t do enough for me. I was a little apprehensive as all I wanted was to have my St Christopher bale enlarged so it would fit on my new necklace that was to thick for it. I thought the job would be too small for anyone to be bothered with. Mason assured me that it was no problem at all and totally surprised me by telling me it would be ready for collection the same day. I was over the moon and Mason done a lovely job for me. .
Already planning going back after Christmas with my wife.
