I purchased a bundle of B grade mixed crystals in order to sample a wide range, at a low price, before choosing my next purchase.
The bundle contained many varieties of crystals of different sizes and some were near perfect condition. The product description is exactly what I received.
There are a lot of crystals here and I am enjoying the time it is taking to look through them.
As for the store itself, there is a good range of products at competitive prices. I'm always wary of buying online but was relieved to find this is a genuine store. Payment was safe, delivery was fast, product was as described and there are real people there to answer queries. I emailed them and received a prompt, friendly and helpful response.

I ordered from the website on the 16th and still havent received my order. I have tried to email and it bounces back, and have phoned dozens of times but no one is answering. Im getting the impression they are a scam and have taken my money. I have a very disappointed 5 year old without any shells

Ordered a range of different shells. Two weeks later and they still haven't arrived. Have tried contacting them several times with no reply. Incredibly frustrating, now have to go through the bank to get my money back as they are not contactable.

Sooo, l purchased a complete smudge cleansing kit from Craftmoor to cleanse my home ive lived in for 20years for the first ever time. I got the box today.
Great fast service, simple and no messing about.
The kit...inside was all the ingredients to do a full cleanse of you and your home.
The only gripe l have is what is pictured is not what you get size wise, the feather looks big on the site in reality it's a tiny little feather that wouldn't direct any smoke anywhere its far too small so blowing the smoke where you want it to go works better.
Also there is no sand included to extinguish the lit sage stick in the avalon shell. Now l live in a city there are no beaches where am l supposed to get sand from? This l feel should have been included in a little bag.
The selenium wand was noticeably different in length to what is pictured in the kits on their site. You get a short chubby wand of about 4 centimeters in length. I'm not upset about this but you really should get what's pictured or use a picture with a smaller feather and wand so people don't feel like they got the leftovers from the box of larger wands and feathers.
The crystals you get in the kit come with a leaflet that's says "how to use your crystals" but it doesn't tell you how to use your crystals just how to clean them and prepare them for use. For a beginner like me l was hoping for guidance on this, now l have to spend ages reading articles on the net to find out how to use it to my best advantage.
The crystals were not labeled which was which just a colour guide with a list of 5 categories of similar coloured crystals so you have to guess which one yours is out of the list of five types of crystal that are all that colour and it tells you what part of the body it helps. It would have been much better for beginners like myself to know what crystal I was sent, how to clean it, how to use it on myself, and where it benefits me specifically. Also you get a bag of hymilayan salt but no instructions of where or how to use it so l was a bit confused about this.
The smudge sticks smelled beautiful like mint, the smudging went well, im surprised it didn't set off my smoke alarm at one point, all in all a positive experience though buying from craftmoor, and l definitely would buy from them again. A few tiny changes I mentioned would make it worth 5stars. Thanks Craftmoor for my first smudging kit.

I LOVE this store and now that I've found it I will ALWAYS use for my smudging sticks and candles etc. Everything comes well packaged and is really reasonably priced My experiences have always been positive with things ordered also arriving earlier than expected.

I bought the starter cleansing pack. It had a variety of crystals and some smudging like white sage and desert sage it had a shell an feather and some other things and had clear instructions on how to use your kit. The service was really good I think I received my box within 3 days of ordering and I am really happy with the product and think its a really clever box and perfect for people who like me don't really understand everything but are wanting to try and find a path towards positive energy and don't really understand it all. Great product and lovely service. X
