Order is now complete
The item was produced and shipped without the lights that were ordered. I was notified and then offered a ten dollar refund. I asked to have the lights shipped to me so I could install them myself. The lights are on their way. This is the third of these items I have ordered and the others came as ordered and they are great.

We ordered a wall sign and were looking to get it in time for a special event. Craft Name Sign not only made a beautiful sign, but sent it in plenty of time. But the real jewel in the crown was the customer service. They had the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Throughout the process, they were very communicative.
