!!!!BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!!
This is horrible!!!!! You cancel your membership, do what you are suppose to do and then they auto renew your membership and say you just skip a year. I kept the canceled email for about a year and half to make sure I wasn’t billed the following year after the initial purchase the deleted it after everything was good. I was auto billed the 3rd year and it’s a battle!!! Customer service is horrible!!! No phone number to call because they know they are wrong!! We thought this would be a stand up company, boy were we wrong. Just a big old scam!!!!

This will auto-renew and they will charge you a full other year and not refund it when you cancel your membership!!! BAD IDEA AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I got this as a gift for my husband and it seemed very over-priced for what I saw come in the crates.

I accidentally renewed another 12 months of boxes and when I called support to cancel, I found out I was unable to. Totally my fault -- I should've been paying attention! However, they were totally transparent, didn't make me jump through hoops, and worked with me and gave me a discount which helped a TON. They even e-mailed me to remind me to check my bank statement to make sure I got the discount refund and if I didn't to get back to them as soon as I could so they could look into it. Highly recommend working with these people. Not only are their boxes a cool gift for a tacti-head in your life, but they're nice people as well.

The associate, whom I talked to, was Cherry. I am not very good on computers and at 85 all is not really clear to me. I have a problem and Cherry, patiently , walked me through the process of resolving the problem. She was respectful, understanding, and has a great personality. I don't know if the problem is resoled, but I know that it will be. Cherry will get back, to me, on e-mail.

Helped with all my questions but still waiting on Crate Club to deliver on promises that they make about advertising Black Friday Specials.

Customer service is great. Resolves issues pretty quickly.

They took care of my issues and my husband loved his crates.

If I could give them negative marks I would. I only ordered this for a year. They sent junk items like key chains and cheap sunglasses, not real survival gear. Once in a blue moon maybe a $10 knife. Don't waste your money on it. Besides they'll be sure to screw you when they repeatedly take money out of your account and refuse to give it back even though you've cancelled getting crappy junk in the mail.

Crate Club customer service is fantastic. I received and order that got beat up by USPS and the team at Crate Club got me squared away with the missing items.

BEAWARE! This company has shady practices regarding membership. You better make sure to get verification regarding cancellation or a year later they will drop an unauthorized charge for renewal. Then they hide behind email and you can't talk to anyone. These are horrible policies and only put into place to cheat people out of their money. SHAME ON Crate Club.

I bought the Pro box membership for my husband and we are both very pleased with the first 2 boxes! The first box alone was worth around $90, when we priced the items on Amazon. We posted a video on YouTube of the first 2 boxes. Search

I was nervous after reading some bad reviews, but the items have all been really good quality and my husband is impressed! I paid around $130 for 4 boxes, so I do believe I'll be getting my money's worth, not to mention I feel good about supporting veterans!
I think this makes for a great birthday or holiday present for anyone who loves tactical/prepper/outdoorsy type stuff. And just around the time you forget about it, another box comes!

After seeing alot of bad reviews I felt is necessary to share my experience. I've received 2 of 4 crates so far and am very happy. I priced all the individual pieces of the first as if I would order them from amazon and it came out to around 95$. Having only paid...I forget exactly... But something like 120$ for all 4 crates, I am impressed.
