BLACKLIST THIS CASINO!!!!!!!!!
This online casino should be banned. I have put in numerous withdrawal requests since April 1st and there has never been any forward progress in receiving my funds i won. I keep getting the run around and told the exact same thing, like my account is being escalated to the finance department and I will receive an email soon. I keep getting told to be patient and not to worry that I will receive the funds in my account soon. It has been about 4 months now and still nothing. No one has attempted to contact me and all their agents have little to no experience with customer service. Their answers via chat is very scripted and when I ask a complicated question they have no clue what to say so they ignore me. My cash out request is $250. For 3 months nothing happened so I cancelled request and put in 2 smaller requests. 1 for $69 and the other for $45. I know I only deposited $25 and I am up about $400 but the time I put in trying to get the funds is ridiculous and not worth it. The phone number they have listed you will never get through to anyone. It has a whole bunch of ads that you listen to. The supervisor/manager is either never there or always busy. They tried to tell me that they are having problems with there withdrawal carrier which is Bitcoin. I am not stupid. How are you able to take deposit from everyone and not able to send out anything. BLACKLIST this casino at all cost. I learned my lesson.
