Ollie was really helpful designing the system to meet my needs and answering all my questions.

I had specific scaffolding requirements that they were more than happy to accommodate.

The whole job was done in 3.5 days including scaffolding up/down, solar panel fitting and battery installation. It was really impressive.

We had a lot of questions initially which were all answered thoroughly and they were more than happy to speak to us, coming back to us promptly each time. The installers were courteous and kept us informed as to what was going on throughout. The after service was also on point and where there was an issue they did everything they could to sort this out for us. Ollie was the first person with whom we had dealings with when he knocked on our door. He explained everything to us with no obligation to proceed and no pushy sales talk. Once we’d decided to go ahead he was with us every step of the way. His prompt responses to messages was a big tick for us and he helped provide info that was needed to enable us to get the green light from the developer of our build. Rob was also on board at this point and his knowledge and expertise was exceptional and no question was too big or small and again his speedy responses were timeless. The contractors doing the install were polite and very professional and had great respect for our home. Once installed we were contacted by Rob to make sure we were happy with everything and to tell us that Dan would be the next person in contact to explain to us how the app worked. Dan visited us and talked us through everything and told us to contact him with any issues going forward. Every member of the team we’ve had dealings with have gone above and beyond expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cre8 Zero as their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced and the ongoing aftercare is priceless.

Efficient, knowledgable and friendly service from initial contact to completed installation. My house is not ideally aligned for solar installation, but Rob and the team planned and installed an effective system including battery storage (which is essential to get the best from solar). Highly recommended.

We found Cre8 Zero at an agricultural show, having been looking at solar options previously. Cre8 Zero were by far the best value and the service has been great. Once we decided to go with them, everything moved quickly, and was all handled by Robert and the team. Couldn’t have been easier. We went for ground mounted panels, after being shown the options, and (having had them 6 weeks so far) they have wiped out our electricity bill.

The team worked efficiently, non-stop and were very tidy. They set us up with the app and explained what was happening. Even though it was a rather dull and damp day when we switched on to solar power, there was more than sufficient power generated for our needs that day. All in all a very pleasant experience.
