New customer
Finding it difficult moving my in-shop hands, on searches for greetings cards to try making online choices, this was the first time I used the website.
It took a while to find my way round the cards but I made some choices and was very pleased with the speed of dispatch and delivery. I, like other reviewers was made to feel special by the hand written thank you slip for my order.

In the beginning i was searching for a…
In the beginning i was searching for a birthday card for my wife. I came across creased cards and found a card that was appropriate for her, and ordered it. Then the emails came flooding in thanking me for my order. The appreciation i received for the order blew me away. I only ordered a card i thought, no big deal. When it came i was surprised to find a personal note inside again thanking me for the order. Thank you Tilly,. I was left feeling very special!

Dispatch date ignored.
I ordered a mothers day card to be dispatched on 9th March, unfortunately it was posted the day l ordered it, so almost a month early. I will be hearing about this for the rest of the year! I wanted to give a small business a try, but was left disappointed.

Great selection of cards. The two cards I ordered arrived the next day, packaged neatly. I'll be sure to remember Creased rather than searching through some of the other online stores with annoying jingles on their television adverts.

Sadly my last purchased hasnt arrived...
Not very star worthy - still hasn't arrived!
Although everything in the past has arrived next day I am guessing the Post office might have something to do with why its late .

I've looked into it and see that the order was received on Monday night, so it was dispatched Tuesday. As it was going to non-mainland UK, according to the Royal Mail website it will take longer than onshore UK post.
I would also say that we have quite a few notices on our website homepage directing visitors to our delivery details which are updated every couple of weeks with latest status (https://www.creasedcards.com/s/delivery) . Each product item also has a delivery tab, which directs to this page.
We are very clear on both that currently the postal service is under strain (mainland or not) and that Royal Mail are not always achieving their delivery aims on any class of post.

So, I don't believe the time it took to get to you is unreasonable in the current climate and whilst I'm sorry it was late, I'm not sure what else we could have done.
Re the pricing, I agree you have a point here. £3 is for European mail and it should not have defaulted to that. Jersey is UK pricing at £1.25 and so I will refund £1.75 later today - and look into why Jersey defaulted to that price point.
Thank you for your feedback - as a small independent business it is important to us and as you'll see from many other reviews on here, our service is generally sound. Sorry on this occasion the combination of order time, destination and date of need for the item didn't work out.
