I’ve been really impressed with this company, having ordered various products over the last year: coasters for my family, a photo frame for my father and personalised key rings for my colleagues. Excellent service, I accidentally ordered the wrong size photo frame and when I rang to change my order they’d already engraved it, but offered to do it again for me on the size I wanted which was also larger for no extra charge. Very impressed. Frame was lovely and quick delivery.
